There is a construction site right by the pool area!!! All day long you can't hear anything else but demolition noise plus hamers and all possible tools...Forget relax because it is look like they will need another year to finish it.

We were able to check in early for our overnight stay after a week long sailing charter in BVI. It was greatly appreciated and a beautiful end to our fabulous adventure. Easy cab ride to early morning flight out of Tortola. Stunning beach and restaurant on the property. Most welcoming and helpful staff. Would stay again and recommend!

Nice property but nothing around it. If you want a quiet place to relax its great. Fantastic big pool. Ocean is rough but nice beach. Food was very good at the restaurant.

This property is on its own and beautiful, located in a bay, with very few people on the beach. The pool was also lovely. The restaurant on site was terrific! Our server was so friendly, and we loved eating beachside. We would stay here again. The only thing to know is that there are not other restaurants or stores around this area, so it would take approx 20 min taxi ride to go offsite.

The property was secluded so it was a 20-25 minute drive into town. The tax ride for 2 people one way was $30- $35 so you could not stay out too late because taxi stop running at a certain time. We spent about $150 for taxi, and we only stayed one night. There is nothing around this resort. It was peaceful and the staff were nice. For the price per night, I think it needs to have more clean towels. The towels were hard and brought to us in a plastic trash bag. It was not enough towels for two people. The tissues that are suppose to be in the box, it had about 5 tissues in the dispenser… there was no box of tissues. The room was nice and fairly clean. Honestly, not what I expected. It is not worth the money per night.

This is a very out of the way resort. If you are looking for a place to get away from it all and fall asleep to waves crashing this is it. Very appropriate accommodations but no frills. One restaurant. Beautiful pool no hot tub. On site spa and gift shop. Beautiful beach but rough surf. Outstanding views.

A little gem of a place that feels like it is in the middle of nowhere. It is fairly clean. Our shower had some residue of sand, but you can’t really complain about that at a location next to a beach. There were lovely beach showers between the beach and the rooms. The pool was lovely. Only minor complain is that there are biting bugs. I can’t fault the resort for that. And our room tv flickered a bit while watching Netflix. But I rarely find a hotel where the tv is in perfect working order. But the Netflix account was the hotels so no signing in to your own personal account. That was surprisingly refreshing.

The property was beautiful and well kept. The beachfront rooms are a real treat as you’re steps from the white sand and warm aqua blue waters. Loved the onsite restaurant (enjoyed a couple breakfasts, one lunch and three different dinners). Service was great, bartender John super nice. Manager Gabriel was like having a personal tour guide. When we told him we had rented a car for the week he let us in on all the best places to go (including taking the time on Virgin Gorda to stop and enjoy Spring Bay after touring The Baths). Hotel could use ice machine dedicated to rooms (had to keep going to the restaurant to get ice. Also pool bar was closed on and off throughout the week. Would definitely stay again!

A lovely surprise! Stayed for one night and we were impressed. Cute property and a gorgeous beach. Pool is huge! Restaurant was great and staff were amazing, especially the restaurant team. Room was clean and comfortable. We would happily rebook here.

The restaurant and bar staff was very inefficient even considering only a few tables were used. Staff including the manager were rude. This area needs significant improvement to make an otherwise pleasant stay at this resort an overall positive experience.

Beach is amazing! Pool area and bar are very nice, but we get in early and they allow you to use the facilities but do not give you towels, just a little odd, place is beautiful thou.

The resort itself is very nice and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The food was great. The only problem is that too many ant 🐜 was in my room especially in the bathroom which was very annoying they need to take care that ant problem but overall it was great 👍
