I am glad you liked your room. As for the check in issue, I have tried to address this problem with Expedia (main account for Hotels.com) and they will not give guests' emails, which is how we are able to send Key Codes for after hours check in. We have an onsite manager and the phone number is on our door, however, Musicfest does block off most of Downtown so, I can see how it might be confusing when arriving, and this year, they even blocked off our key boxes. To remedy that, we posted a sign with instructions to go around to the festival entrance and the people at the gate were given the names of our guests to let them in. Parking: yes, this is also an issue. During events, we try to control non-guest cars from parking in our lot, but short of towing those cars, it is nearly impossible to stop that.

Yes, I'm sorry about that. Expedia will not send us email addresses for guests. I have tried to explain to them why we need that, since we are not a standard chain hotel. Without emails, we cannot send key codes, but we are available by phone after hours and can meet people down here, if need be. I am glad you enjoyed the stay otherwise.
