Dear Kin Nok. We are sorry to read your review here. The property listing does state very clearly that housekeeping is available upon request. We also send scheduled messages to remind people of this. However, during your three day stay, we did not get any requests from your or any query about water pressure. You only requested to leave luggage when you checked out. About the artwork decor, most people quite like it, but art is individual taste and we cannot decorate the villa to suit all tastes and styles. We are sorry you did not like the pictures and we are sorry you appear to have a problem with the water pressure, but guest staying there at this very moment has no issue at all. We are sorry that you seem to have overlooked the details about housekeeping. We wish you pleasant travels.

Dear Guest, we are sorry to see your review, sadly, we are unable to determine your villa or dates to investigate further. We note your comments and, unfortunately, hot water being used by everyone at the same time will affect the water pressure. Oils in the pool come of people who go for a dip while wearing sun lotion and body lotion, unless we watch you 24/7, we cannot force you all to take a shower before entering the pool. Our staff are always happy to help, and answer the phone as soon as they are available. Trash on the streets outside the villa boundaries is beyond our control, this is a matter for the government and there is absolutely nothing we can do about that. We are sorry for your inconvenience and hope to do better in the future.

We do feel it is rather unfair to base your rating on the booking website, rather than the property itself. You have left your review about hotels.com and this affects the property review rating. You said the villa was dirty and smelly, but in actual fact, you seemed very unhappy about the villa that you booked and pointed to our most prestigious villa and claimed that you had indeed booked that one, which was very different to the one you actually booked. Leaving bad reviews does not merit one receiving a free upgrade. We are sorry that you were unhappy with your choice and hope to serve you again another time.

Dear Guest, So sorry to read your review. The maid rings the doorbell before entering. Our policy shows we reserve the right to enter the property to care for the pool and garden, yes, the water that is used for the garden is not filtered, it is not necessary. Jacuzzi is not heated, it is outdoor - just same as the swimming pool, not heated because it is not necessary for this climate. Yes, you may see a cockroach from time time, you can see them in major stores throughout Thailand, they are a pest and sometimes they do escape the pest control. I'm sorry that we did not meet your such high expectations and we wish you every success in finding such property in the future. Best Regards

Dear guest, We are pleased you enjoyed the pool and found our staff to be helpful. It is true that we cannot please all our guests with the location as we are unable to physically move the villa to another location, but it is exactly as it is on the map on Expedia, away from the noisy traffic and hustle and bustle, but within easy reach if you need it. The air conditioner was not broken, it was merely the battery that needed replacing in the remote, which we have done so. Dear Eddie, We are sorry to see your review here. Unfortunately, we didn't have 3 villas side by side as per your request to the room spec that you booked. Although it was a request, it was not possible to fulfil it. About daily cleaning and housekeeping, we made our rates rather modest to enable guests to have an option as most guests don't wish to be disturbed. Also, regarding the trash, this is beyond our control and down to the local authorities. We would love for them to come and collect the trash on a daily basis, but sadly, they don't. This is something we must accept as part of Thailand. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and only wish you had aired your complaints during your stay to enable to us to try and do something about it. Best Regards
