Very strong smell of mould in the room, leaking toilet, insects in the toilet, noise from the other rooms and corridor, sounded like water was dropping from the ceiling through the night. We had booked the hotel for 3 nights but we couldn’t stand it longer than 1 night. We didnt receive any money back because we were charged before we even saw the room.

Hotel schrecklich!! Die angeben details auf der Website stimmen absolut nicht. Unser Zimmer war sehr dreckig und unsere Klima funktionierte nicht. Daher ließen wir die ganze Nacht den Ventilator laufen, der jedoch sehr laut war. Im Gebäude gibt es keine Fenster, dadurch auch kein Tageslicht. Atmosphäre im "hotel wie in einem Stundenhotel!! Wlan gab es nur im Aufenthaltsraum nicht wie auf der Website angegeben im ganzen Hotel , der Aufenthaltsraum war, Rezeption sowie auch Frühstück Raum. Im ganzen hotel herrschte außerdem ein unangenehm Geruch. Außerdem gab es kein warmes Wasser. Positiv war jedoch das Frühstück.

Very close to airport. So convenient for first night if arriving late or leaving early. Free airport transfers.

ok aber haut nicht vom Hocker
Es war eh OK, aber das Preisleistungsverhältnis nicht so überzeugend. Kein Fenster ausser im Bad und dadurch riecht es abgestanden und man muss Klimaanlage und Ventilator einschalten,... Wand und Dekorkopfpolster waren schmutzig und auch das Klo für den Preis nicht sauber genug. Aber laut war es nicht und auch prinzipiell die Angestellten freundlich und die Dusche warm.

Был номер без окна, убогий, очень старый, вообще без мебели и столько, только кровати и все. Вода шла тонкой струйкой, сливной бачок все время ломался. Район трешовый, гоязный. Не советую этот отель.

Day trip
Very clean hotel very nice quite and relaxing. Hotel host very friendly and helpful, Less then 5min walk to the beach.

overall good value for budget overnight stay
The staff were extremly helpful here . i had problems with visa application and they really helped me out. The room had no windows but cable tv internet worked well. bed was a litle lumpy.

場所が見つけにくい
初めてのコロンボの滞在で土地勘がなくこのホテルを選びましたが、なんとも言えない混沌とした街中にあり、かといって観光するのに起点とするには少し外れにあり、夜は安全な感じではありませんでした。 wifiはロビーでのみ使えますが、スピードは遅く何度も落ちて環境はあまり良くありませんでした。

Terrible Rooms with No Windows No Wifi & Mobile signals in Rooms.Wifi only in Reception Area with hopeless Speed.No Windows at all in Rooms, so no sunlight No fresh Air, as good as grave. They charged me 3% Extra for credit card payment which was never mentioned while booking.

喧騒の中のホテル
もうちょっと清潔にして欲しいです。特にエアコンとかカビが。。 ちなみに従業員の方にはとても丁寧な対応をしていただきました。

A gem near the jewelry district
The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is a short walk or taxi ride from many interesting sites in the city. The views aren’t great, (not from my room at least,) but this is a good deal for a traveler on a budget.

Photos are misleading and hotel is in a poor location, we checked out pretty quick after arranging somewhere else to stay, staff were lovely and helpful.

Does exactly what it says on the tin !!
It was cheap and cheerful and £32pp a night was perfect. It was safe and secure, however tuc tuc drivers struggled to locate hotel. GPS on iPhone still works in airplane mode so saved us. We paid £15 each to use the cinnamon river side hotels pool for the day !!

The hotel is ok for the money paid. A hotel with basic facilities.... There is no lift facility. But the location is very good and easy for temples and hotels.

Had what it needed for a overnight stay.
I arrived quite late at night and left the next morning. The staff in the reception were friendly and helpful about seeing to my questions and my comfort. Very quick and attentive. The room had what was needed for a overnight stay and the bed was comfortable.

BAD EXPERIANCE OF VISIT TO COLOMBO.
Room service was not good. Staff was not bothered to change the towel, bed sheets, supply toiletaries, even after the end of my 5 days stay. I had to repeatedly request for the service. Breakfast was called for from the next door restarant. Limited choice of breakfast. Overall not happy during my stay between 8th October to 13th October, 2016.

深夜到着早朝発なので、周囲の雰囲気は把握しきれていないが、バスターミナルや駅も徒歩圏内であり、移動に便利な場所。暑い国で冷蔵庫がないとつらい人にはおすすめできません。。。。

Hotel is good even through it is not great. The reception and the staff courtesy are really good.Since this is not very far from city - it is easier to roam around

meh, you can do much better
room was not comfy at all. bed was like sleeping on cement. only two plugs and one was for tv and other for fridge so no plugs and it was hot and noisy in the room. worst hotel we stayed at on our trip.

Op loopafstand van bezienswaardigheden. Kamers heel eenvoudig. Wel schoon. Het ontbijt was te duur voor het gebodene. Staf wil wel helpen maar heeft vaak niet de juiste informatie. Wij wilden weten hoe en wanneer de treinen naar Anuradjapurah gingen en de receptionist gaf ons foute info! De airco deed het goed!

日本人ならきっとがっかりするでしょう。まず清潔ではないこと。 セールスポイントに虚偽が多々です。 もう2度と泊まりたくないホテルの典型です。 が、スタッフの親切さが唯一の救いです。 サイトはこういうホテルを本来売るべきではないのです。

nice hotel well appointed room.
Quick and efficient check-in despite arriving early. Room small but modern and being internal no window or view. The hotel is in a warehouse/commercial district which is a little distant from Fort railway and still further from Colombo city.

Poor and dirty room
My bed had ants running...back rest of bed was removed and no blanket available. No charging point for mobile, only 1 available for fridge.bso either have cool fridge or charge mobilez Hotel staff had a polite NO for everything, extension, blanket etc. Windows had no lock. Toilet seat broken. Very poor and bad hotel.

Au cœur de Pettah
Nous avons passé quelques jours à cet hôtel à notre arrivée au Sri Lanka. Nous avons bien aimé le quartier et nous avons aimé nous y promener. L'eau de la douche était suffisamment chaude et le débit était bon. Malheureusement, comme beaucoup de salles de bains, le plancher de la salle de bain est trempé après la douche et nous marchons dans l'eau. La nuit de notre départ, des jeunes filles ont fait beaucoup de bruit dans l'aire commune et sur les étages: claquements de portes, cris, rires forts, longues conversations au téléphone à voix très forte dans les aires communes. J'ai dû me lever pour demander à la réception d'intervenir. Le personnel aurait dû intervenir plus rapidement car il était plus de 2 heures du matin. Malgré ce fait probablement isolé, nous retournerions dans cet hôtel.

Hotel not to recommend
Beside the fact that we unfortunately booked for 7 nights however we only stayed one night due to very small room not at all same than on pictures, no refrigerator, no safe and bad location, the owner refused to reimburse the last 3 nights when we informed him that we changed our schedule and want to go to Kandy. Not customer oriented but only money oriented hotel management.
