Hello and thank you for staying with us. I cannot believe you thought our staff were not friendly...OUR STAFF ARE SO FRIENDLY and people from all over the world love them. They are so welcoming and just so loyal and will do anything for anyone. Such a shame as I have never heard them being called artificial...they are indonesians that have a warm and caring heart. I am not sure what you mean by hard to go out at night...we are very close to fantastic restaurants and entertainment on the beach everynight at sunset. I am sorry you had trouble, you should have approached me and I would have helped you. We hope you come again one day. Thankyou

We only stayed 1 night. It was a long walk to get from the lobby to the room. It had its own pool. It was very warm. Actualy to warm. The pool area was in view of neighboring windows. Nice surprise it is less then 10 minutes walk to the beach 1 night was ok but longer i might not have been comfortable

Fantastic help and stay, after a stressful arrival of my flight cancelations, the staff here were understanding, helpful and very comforting. The grounds quiet and peaceful and gardens beautiful . I prefer the one level closed in villa and the staff were fantastic with helping me pick the right villa for my comfort and needs . Thanks again . I feel I have found my hidden gem and now will stay at villa coco each time I visit Bali ,

Beautiful bungalow away from the busy streets
We stayed in one of the bungalows and it was incredible and felt really private. The outside bathroom was beautiful and the room was really comfortable with everything you could need in the kitchen. The staff were all really friendly and helpful - definitely try a margarita at the pool bar. The location of the hotel was brilliant with a short walk to the main strip of restaurants and shops.

Tropical Getaway
This place gave us a very authentic tropical feel. We loved the materials used in the hotels. Despite the very open setting, we still felt very secluded and in privacy. Highly recommend.

Solid stay by the water
Room very basic, but close to the water and a great pool/breakfast. We had no wifi, but was a general problem in the area. Overall, would stay again.

Truly a Indonesian style Villa experience
I had to admit that my expectations were low at first since to get there is a big dark and road is too small but is Bali so that's normal! the place was a dream! very comfortable, private! good value for the price! staff was extremely friendly! a few little things were doggy like the water heater, very temperamental and the blocked sink but the rest was great! they are really worry about mosquitos and they spray the place every day!

Everything was perfect. Except the sink which was clogged and the toilet which was not clean. Informed the reception and they got it cleaned. Otherwise no complaints at all. Staff very helpful.

バリ到着後サンセットをすぐに見れるようにビーチから近いヴィラを探しました。 まずコスパが素晴らしいです。 ヴィラは快適で広く贅沢な時間を過ごさせてもらいました。 開放的なヴィラなのでもちろん虫やカエルを見ることもありました。しかしそれもバリ島だからと思えば気になりません。 部屋が絨毯ばりでそこは少し清潔感を感じられませんでした。 ホテルのフロントの方はチェックアウト後にも関わらず、フロントで送迎車待ちの間部屋で休んでもいいよと言ってくださり、素晴らしい配慮を感じました。 ありがとうございました‼︎

Lovely staff, great location but skin was itchy
The location was great although google map pointed us to the back entrance with no one answering the bell causing a bit of a panic. The villa was special being two floors and I know it is a traditional Balinese house but my skin was itchy throughout my whole stay. Overall the villa looked clean but my skin did not agree with it.

Vi stannade 3 nätter och allting fungerar väldigt bra. Boendet ligger mitt i centrala seminyak/legian med mycket närhet till allting. Du kan gå cirka 5 minuter till double six strand/legian strand. Det finns många restauranger, butik, små supermarket runt om. Boendet har standar köksredskap med det räcker om du ska göra enklare mat som. Städning varje dag och personalen kommer varje eftermiddag med myggspray och tänder myggrökelse. En sånt service har jag inte upplev innan. Rummet är rimligt, AC fungerar utmärk, och frukosten är bra. Jag älskar verandan där du kan sitta och bara vara. Jag rekommenderar detta till er som vill ha lite tyst, privat och en mysig hemma känsla. Passar även bra för små barn familj då barnen kan leka runt på inne gården utan att störa andra gäster.

Staff are amazing and truly go out of their way to assist. Special thanks to Sandra who spent an hour assisting us to contact our oversees bank. Breakfasts were delicious! Close to ocean and to wonderful restaurants and shops.

Family New Year Trip
We stayed at Villa Coco for six nights over New Year. Staying in their four bedroom (4 BR) villa was ideal for us with three generations of the family traveling together. There are four good size bedrooms each with a four-poster double bed (complete with mosquito net), ample storage/cupboard space and en-suite bathrooms. All sleeping accommodation is upstairs, whilst there is a large open-air living space downstairs, comprising large open-plan living room (sofas, coffee table and large ~55" TV), 10-seater dining table and chairs, pool table (7' x 3.5'), sunken pool-side bar (with fridge) and full, well equipped kitchen. All over-looks a large private swimming pool and lounger deck with separate covered pool-side area. Transfers to/from the airport were easy to organise and relatively inexpensive, with ample space for eight people (and luggage), if required. Check-in was easy and the staff were very helpful throughout our stay. Reception can organise day trips (including sightseeing, surf school, fishing, mountain biking, etc.), transfers using the same mini-bus to local attractions (for a small cost, generally cheaper and more convenient than local taxis) and point you in the direction of good local restaurants within walking distance (including French, Italian, Greek and many Asian varieties). Villa Coco is well located in Seminyak, only a five minute walk to the beach, and offers ideal accommodation for many different occasions and group dynamics. Thoroughly recommended.

Équipe à l'écoute très sympathique. Seul problème, les constructions alentours qui peuvent rendre certains moments un peu difficiles malgré tous les efforts du staff pour vous trouver une meilleure solution. Les villas, même sans piscines, sont très bien. Un lieu à conserver dans sa liste des hôtels possible pour sa situation géographique et pour l'amabilité du staff, en espérant que les travaux soient bientôt terminés.

What a find!
We stayed in one of the newer two bedroom villas and wow these are amazing. I loved every minute of my time there. There is a lot of mossies around but they are sprayed constantly and lets face it, that is just a part of Bali. The rooms are airconditioned and totally closed off for cool and mossie free comfort. Staff were above amazing. Totally recommend this place!

too much mosquito in the room
we made two night reservation in villa coco throught expedia, but only stayed one night here, due to too much mosquito. when we back to hotel second day, there wer a lot of mosquito coils in the room, we can not breath, we are forced to check-out immediately. the hotel staff told us no refund for the second night, no any improve action for their room. of course we accept it, health is more important than everything.

Sorry about the mosquitoes but unfortunately they are everywhere in Bali as it is a tropical place. We do our best to keep the situation excellent by spraying everyday and fogging twice a week. This is done by nearly all hotels and villas in Bali. We hope you understand and we also hope the rest of your stay was enjoyable in Bali.

Comfy villa close to the beach
Villa coco is in a great position in double six Legian. A 5 min walk to the beach( if that) . Although you are in the midst of Legian you would never know as it is tucked away. Unfortunately there is a hotel being rebuilt next door so it was very noisy during the day starting from 8 am until dark and the pool was filled with dust so we did not use it. I would not reccomend staying here until building works have finished unless you are just needing a comfy place to be at night. The noise really was bad. The villa was super clean and the bed really comfortable. The hammock was a nice touch. I stayed in a one bed open villa B2. If you are travelling here ask to stay in C block which is the other side away from from the building job. I look forward to coming back to villa coco.

L'hôtel est un peu à l'écart de la rue principale de Seminyak. Le petit dédale de rues pour arriver jusqu'à votre villa se fait en quelques minutes. Nous sommes arrivés vers 20h30 et l'accueil du réceptionniste fût glacial, totalement impersonnel. Le cocktail de bienvenue est une idée sympathique certes, sauf quand cela a le goût d'un médicament. La villa est très grande et dispose d'un étage où trouverez la chambre. L'éclairage est horrible, blanc Led. Il y a des moustiques partout (la salle de bain est ouverte sur l'extérieur). Cela ne poserait pas de problèmes particuliers si la moustiquaire de la chambre était en état : la nôtre était pleine de trous laissant évidemment passer les moustiques. Je n'y retournerai pas.

Great place to explore from
Villa Coco is excellent. Seminyak is a bit of a building site, however, so don't imagine that it will be a quiet, serene holiday there. Villa Coco was a lovely hotel and the service and facilities were great. The pool was clean and lovely, in-house menu well-prepared and very decent. Suggestions of places to go and restaurants were outstanding and I would recommend following them.

We booked the villa for two people but on arrival we were upgraded to a larger two bedroom villa with lots of space inside and out, full kitchen area and living area and a very good sized pool. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and always happy to help. Food was also very tasty and great value. We would definitely stay again!
