Location, location, location!
The check-in process was great and well explained. The unit was very good. Ideal location if you do not want to use your car. All access to store, grocery, restaurant and shopping were within easy access. It was a wonderful location.

The placement of the A/C unit in the bedroom blocks the blinds, giving no privacy for part of the room. The unit also prevents the window from shutting, which lets a lot of noise into the room from the nearby restaurants and club. Other than the A/C unit placement, the property was very comfortable and functional.

The only good this about this property is the location, but bring a sleeping mask cause to the light show you get in your bedroom from the light up gazebo in front of the property lights up the primary bedroom all night. However being next to two brew pubs makes it very loud until 5am. Even being on the fourth floor you can hear conversations clearly. The bed are not as advertised on the post. There is no King Bed it is a queen at best very small uncomfortable and very noisey. No hot water for showers or washing your face in the primary bathroom. The pull out mattress was a sight. When we were trying to setup the pullout we could see clomps of hair all over the underside. It was disgusting, there was hair on the pillows, socks from a previous guest and dust on the light fixture above the kitchen table. The A/C in this unit was only for the primary bedroom and the second bedroom had a stand up fan in it. This unit was extremely hot. We felt terrible for our children who were so excited to go on a quick get away and got this. Too top it off no WiFi. If I would have known this I would not have booked this property and would not recommend this place to anyone.

The pubs close at 1 am so any past this is unacceptable and anyone making noise in the village late is not allowed.The bed size advertised is a large queen bed and will make sure this is clear on all platforms.We are equally concerned about the hot water situation. The hot water is provided to all units by the building. We have reached to the management to have this look at. Our maintenance staff just ran the water and ran hot. Not sure what the issue was during your stay.Cleanliness is of utmost importance to us, and we are genuinely sorry for the unacceptable condition of the pullout mattress and the overall cleanliness of the unit. We have addressed this matter with our housekeeping team to ensure that such oversights are not repeated in the future.Regarding the air conditioning and Wi-Fi, we had maintenance check this and it is working correctly. This unit is located very central to everything. Whistler resort staff were amazing. The unit was nice, but is definitely starting to show some age. With being centrally located, the bedroom is over the Village Stroll and is subject to the noise associated with the bars closing. Parking is secure, although the space for this unit can be fairly tight. Small - Mia sized vehicles recommended.

Very convenient place to stay but hard to find as name listed isn’t what the building is called. Cannot reach anyone to let know- Kettle is broken, shower base filled up with water, bedrm and living rm TVs we’re connected by one remote, light switch in bedrm controlled plug had no idea, pans need replacing, duvet needs a bleach really dirty. When we asked at front desk they said to contact Expedia they couldn’t help us. My husband fixed shower by plunging and unconnected remotes.

Location was great can walk to everything. Unit is nice and cool on very hot days. When we arrived there was toothpaste and spit in the sink, hair in the shower, empty shampoo bottles in the shower and the toilet had not been cleaned but the topper was when we went to crawl into bed late at night to fnd the bed had not been changed. The top sheet was found shoved down at the bottom of the bed. I spoke to the front desk early the next morning and they did send cleaners up to clean the unit but it should have been done before we arrived. The tv in the living room was all unplugged and our son had to set it up and program the remote so we could watch something. Our stay was amazing other than the cleaning issue. Bed was very comfy, ac was great and the front desk staff was very friendly and easy to talk to.

Large suite/condo, poor security
I emailed the property less than 24 hrs before arrival to confirm that I could securely store my luggage and change on my early arrival and then ski before checking in later; they confirmed. On arrival they were not able to securely store my luggage, I had to leave expensive items in the lobby while I ski’d. Then my last morning at 930am a man just walked into my unit with zero knock. I am not sure who he was but he had a key and entered the unit after I had just showered. I was about 5-7ft from the door when he entered and said oh sorry, I asked why he didn’t knock and he apologized and left. Not very secure site. Room is comfortable and spacious but slightly dated

Thank you for your review. The front desk has a secure storage for left luggage, however, it fills up at times. The only people that have access to the room is the cleaning company. The suite is comfortable and spacious, and the check-in clerk was friendly and helpful. The suite was clean. There were a few superficial flaws (paint scrapes, missing end caps on the towel rack), but these did not affect our enjoyment of the space. There is a decent sized kitchen where we were able to prepare meals. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, which is nice. A few more plates, glasses and utensils and cooking bowls would have been useful. Overall, it was good, and we would certainly stay there again.

Whistler getaway
The bear Lodge was wonderful. We found the place very nice. The a/c unit was wonderful for keeping the place cool. Our only concern is that the unit faces the night club and it gets quite noisy after closing especially Thursday - Saturday. It wasn't too bad but may be bothersome if you have young children. We found everyone we encountered to be kind, courteous, and professional. We would highly recommend staying here and it's central location Is perfect for the village.

Just called to inquire about the listing about the amount I received was in Canadian or US dollars... was told by an employee of Homeaway that the amount was in Canadian dollars.. after purchasing.. I was charged in US dollars.. was disappointing .. but was ok.. this property was fine...

Location is excellent; however pretty much everything in the condo is very tired. It definitely does not have premium bedding; and it could all do with an upgrade. Kitchen tap leaks, all of the knives were dirty

Broken pullout and dirty sheets
Our stay was beautiful but this condo claims it has 2 beds. When we pulled out the pullout couch it was broken and the sheets were dirty!! It was unacceptable!

Really nice renovation and decor in suite. Bathrooms very nicely updated. Kitchen appears in original older condition but pleasant, clean and functional. Unit as it appears in photos. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. A/C worked well. Brand new looking washer/dryer. Very large comfortable space. This is probably one of the nicest suites in the building. Top floor corner unit. Building itself, lobby and hallways tired looking with very few amenities. Balcony overlooks very busy North Village restaurants, shops and bars. It can be very loud at night. Great location if you want to be in the middle of the action. Walk to everything.

We were able to check in early. The unit was nice, well equipped kitchen and unit was clean. Some of the furniture was a bit worn. We rented a unit with twin beds but learned when we arrive that it wasn't twins. A call to the office said there was no twins and the unit wasn't advertised proberly. It was in the village and we could hear the entertainment from our our unit which was lovely. Unfortunately we could also hear the crowds leaving the bar. We enjoyed our stayed but wish we stayed longer.

There's no swimming pool but the location is at city center very good, lots of restaurant n near IGA market, the cabinet in the room is broken but it's ok we didnt use it but for safety they should fix it to avoid any accident but over all the location is great

這是一好服務及設施齊備的酒店
酒店位置好，離滑雪車只需 8分鐘步行；房間大，而房間設施非常齊備，自己煮食無難度；酒店有熱水池，對玩到疲倦的客人，是一個貼心的設施；最後必耍提的一點，就是有位要表揚的男員工 Rhys，他主動對客人有善的協助，當我們最後一天，在早上10時已經退房後，他不但讓我們的行李安心保管在酒店內，他還給我們優待，讓我們在完成滑雪後，已是下午 4時多，還可使用酒店內的設施。這酒店貼心的安排及員工積極的協助，是給客人的一份禮遇和滿足 ! 我推薦這是一好服務的酒店。

Pictures of the hotel online show a clean modern rooms. However, upon arriving I placed in an old dated room. I wasn’t too pleased. But eventually They moved around to a couple different suites and I stayed in a nicer one. However, that cost me additional money. Should of booked a more reputable place from day 1.
