아내랑 여행
아내랑 시작한 미국 샌프란시스코 여행 첫 숙박지였던 귀호텔, 무엇보다도 무료 주차와 넓은 주차 시설, 그리고 괜챤은 위치도 좋았음. 더욱이 서니베일이란 곳이 한인타운이 형성되어 있다가 보니, 가까운 위치에 한인마트와 식당들이 많았고, 그 전 1주일동안 못한 빨래를 코인세탁을 통해 할 수 있어 좋았던 것 같네요.. 호텔 직원들은 매우 친철했으며, 청소 또한 잘 해 주었다. 호텔 시설로는 수영장이 있는데, 바쁜 일정으로 사용을 못했지만, 다음에 기회가 된다면 사용했음 합니다. 조식 포함이라 2일동안 조식을 배불리 먹을 수 있었다.. 메뉴의 종류는 작지만, 맛은 괜챤은 듯.. 가지수도 딱 적당한 듯 하고ㅡ 과일과 커피를 담아 갈 수 있어서 좋았네요.. 참 단점이 있다면, 엘레베이터 시설이 없어서 짐 많은 이용객들께서는 1층 방을 이용하면 좋을 듯 하고, 동네 자체는 매우 조용한 동네라 소음 걱정은 없지만, 층간 소음 및 화장실 물 소리는 다소 들리는 듯 것 같습니다.

Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Bath facility were not so good. There were too much dust in hair dryer.Bathroom door was somewhat broken.

Friendly staff and decent, clean rooms; but renovation going on was inconvenience when trying to get checked in later in evening when it was dark, and rooms are getting a bit older in construction so not as quiet as would like.

We stay regularly at the property when visiting family. During this visit the front lobby was under construction making the experience less comfortable. We were not told beforehand that the construction was taking place. We like the room as they are spacious enough , well appointed and clean.

Not terrible for the price but in the future would rather pay more to stay somewhere else. I have stayed at 6 Sunnyvale hotels and there's better options. I use a rule of a hotel being at least a 3 star hotel but this felt more low end. Few things to note: Hyatt insists on staff entering your room at least once every 24 hours (I was there 3 days). The sign is pointless they will come in. I don't get it but it's obnoxious. If you like daily housekeeping you would like it but I like privacy, naps and people not messing with my things. Second thing is that despite this place feeling low budget and cheap my deposit for three nights was $225 way more than much nicer hotels in Sunnyvale. Breakfast was skimpy. Super noisy during the day but not bad at night. Won't be back and will not stay at a Hyatt in the future.

Beware they're remodeling!!
There was no mention that the hotel is going through a renovation when we booked. The prices were the same yet there was inconveniences due to the renovation. There was no real breakfast. And there was no security gates during the day or night. The staff blamed hotels.com for the inconvenience and not alerting me of the remodel. So perhaps that is true.

It is a renovated apartment complex under construction . The Hyatt name is highly misleading . You have to go deep into the project to find the office and it is poorly illuminated. The girl behind the desk was rude in a weird way. The security gates going in do not lock
