Pictures isn't up to date
I booked suit room, which nearly the best one here. Pros : big room, warm water & air-conditioning was OK. Con: no chain to lock the door from inside, room is unclean every where (included glass), plug is very old if you pull your adapter to hard all plug & cable inside will come out with your adapter. The room is on floor no. 8 where you need to walk through emergency stairs. Elevator reach only 7th floor. The pictures on the website are so nice, but reality is opposite (black/white), Wallpaper is very old. Base on the price I paid(700++)it's worse than the hostel I had been nearby. Really disappointed.

Very amenable manager corrects room placement
I was grateful for the early check-in at 11am. But this property has both a stylish new building well-designed and a shabby old building. Only the photos of the new building are shown - so even if the text for your booking says 'old building' you will still be expecting what you can see in the 'new building' photos shown on the property's listing on Hotels.com - I had to wait a day to talk with a very amenable owner/manager who switched me to a new room but I had to spend 1 night in the old block as the reception staff wouldn't/couldn't switch me.. The owner said he would aim for clarity in 2019 regarding the photos that can be seen on Hotels.com and the choice of room - new building or old building - the customer can make

One of the worst experiences ever in Bangkok
We booked the Superior room and the room offered to us was way different from what hotels.com presented. We were located in the Old building (there was no note about that in reservation) and it was terrible. The wall above beds was dirty, same with the tiles in the bathroom and the AC device-wall around was was almost black. Some of the furniture were totally destroyed. Bathroom was so small, we had to sit down on the side of the toilet because there was no space to use if ‘normally’. When we complained to the hotel, they changed our room but it wasn’t any better. We also didn’t have any access to the pool as we were told it was closed. And the last but not least: the reservation was done for 3 people and hotel said only 2 people can have complimentary breakfast, which I find unacceptable because I confirmed 3 breakfasts with hotels.com only the day before! My sister was simply refused to be served....no comments and definitely NO for this place.

Clean, cozy
Only stayed for one night. Win long was very comfortable, but a bit far from public transportation (subway, trains). Taxis and tuktuks are cheap enough though, and it's a ten minute walk to the ferry terminal next to the Sheraton - can take an interesting ride up the river to wan Arun and the grand palace for just 15 baht.

We stayed in the new wing of the hotel. Nice shower, toiletries, hair dryer and 2 bottles of water provided daily. Difficult to find since it is located down a small alley. Not suitable for a single female walking at night. Breakfast was good with Western and Asian choices. Not many restaurants close by. Business district, everything closes early.

Havde booket det billigste værelse. Dette viste sig dog at være ret slidt og vendte ud mod støjende trafik og bygningsarbejde og støjende køleskab ringe badefaciliteter. Men for blot ekstra 250 bath (40 kroner) fik vi et nyt moderne værelse i den nye fløj. Det kan bestemt anbefales! Ikke store rum, men pris taget i betragtning helt fine rum, med a/c, safetybox, tv. Rengøring var helt fin. Ligger i roligt kvarter uden for centrum. Ansatte i reception var ikke veltalende i engelsk, men høflige og hjælpsomme.

This room did not live up to the previous reviews. The apartment rooms are off an alley and very hard to reach by large vehicle. Taxi had to tell bellman to assist us with our luggage on arrival and departure. The restroom was so small that there were no separation between the shower, eink, and toilet. I couldn't have my family stay there, but their management wouldn't refund my money.

Perfect Fit
We needed a place to prepare for a banquet at the Mandarin Oriental as well as to sleep afterwards. This was perfect. Complete with Wi-Fi, the room is the right size, beds & pillows great, mini bar, good size bathroom with shower & tub. Closet, coffee accessories, really clean & recently painted or renovated. All in all great, exactly what we wanted & we'll have no problem staying here again. Pool is very tiny & parking is minimal.

If you are looking for a reasonable hotel at reasonable price, and at a centralised location, go for this hotel. Rooms are small, average view from the rooms, but otherwise OK. Lot of Indian restaurants around this place.

We hadden dit hotel geboekt voor 2 volwassenen en een kind. De kamer die wij kregen toegewezen was groot genoeg. Het extra bed was men vergeten maar werd later alsnog geplaatst. We waren nogal geschrokken van de staat van de kamer. Zwaar verouderd en scheuren in de bank. Een heel kleine douche met wc en een kapotte kastdeur. Zonder problemen mochten wij diverse andere kamers zien. Het hotel heeft een nieuw gedeelte. De kamers in het nieuwe gedeelte zien er fris en modern uit. Ze zijn echter te klein voor 3 personen. Het hotel ligt in een achteraf straatje. Door de rustige omgeving en prima bedden heel goed kunnen slapen. Het ontbijt was niet geweldig. Je had de keus uit verschillend klaargemaakte eieren met een worstje, ham of spek. Een salade of een oosters ontbijt. Daarnaast was er sap, water, koffie en thee, toast met 1 soort jam en 2 soorten vers fruit. De ligging van het hotel is prima. Het is ongeveer 5 minuten lopen naar de taxi boot bij het Sheraton hotel (Chao Praya pier). De boot met de oranje vlag kost maar 15 baht per persoon en komt het meest frequent langs. Kaartjes koop je of op de pier of op de boot. Het is ongeveer 10 minuten lopen naar het Saphan Taksin BTS station.

Room was good - bed to hard. Breakfast included scrambled eggs (cold hotdogs, ham, rice, toast and fruit. Good for being included in price. 10 min walk from Skytrain. Also close to Silom street for sight-seeing. And close to pier for river cruises. A little difficult to find.

Ein nettes Hotel für diesen preis. Der pool ist zwar winzig, aber sauber. Die Leute sind sehr nett und freundlich. Der einzige minuspunkt ist die schlechte Lage, was essen usw angeht. Keine Garküchen, nix in der nähe. Wer Silber einkaufen will, für den ist die Lage perfekt.

Good staff ok value for the money
On arriving I left cell phone in cab and the bellman chased him down and got it back ,good start to a nice stay . The rooms are big and were clean, as far as the area goes it is a bit of a distance to anything of intrest . You can take riverboats which are nearby but a bit tricky to find all over Bangkok for 20 baht . It is about a mile to patpong and the night market and there is nice shopping mall by there . Overall for the price not a bad value and they also throw in a couple of free bottles of water everyday but everything else is minbar and cost money .
