Thanks for your review Florencia, glad that you had a 5/5 stay, but we're sorry to hear that the self catering kitchen wasn't in tip-top shape during your stay. It does get a lot of use during busy spells, and it can be difficult to continuously clean when multiple guests are cooking one after the other-but we do do a full clean twice a day and check it throughout the day where possible.Hope to see you again in the future

Thank you for your review, it's fantastic to hear that you enjoyed your stay in our camping pod. Dissapointing, however to hear that you did not enjoy our breakfast. If you are not a fan of the traditional English breakfast, there are a range of options including fruit, smoothies, cereal, pastries, etc.

Sorry that you encountered issues during your stay, we did encounter a problem with the drain in your room, but this has now been resolved. We have reviewed the lighting sensors also and this is no longer an issue. I hope you will still consider this and other YHAs in the future
