Thank you for the feedback, when you reserve a room we digtally automatically send you the info on the parking and we have street parking right in front of the hotel and on the same street, in addition yes there is parking all around and blocks away, we are very sorry about the light in the shower, we have 2 lights there is a light on the Vanity mirror and one in the shower and when you enter the bathroom or open the door it is on the wall on the right hand side. First, thank you for your feedback, second, we are a very small mom and pop organization and our rooms are known for their cleanliness, and to have 1 thing stained is understandable but it would be very unusual to have 3 different items all stained in 1 room. We just don't put linens out like that, however we are at this very time training a new houskeeping person. That might be the only reason, that there could be any issues. We are sincerely sorry and we invite you to return and give us another chance. This was a very late check in, however if you check in annd our cleaning staff is on premises, we can change the linens right away and if there is a empty room we can move you. We are a small (Under 20 rooms) family owned business and our customers are very important to us.What WE DO for our GUESTS: We try our best to make our guests feel comfortable, we try to keep our prices down and we let our guests check out a little late if we can and we check you in early, if its possible, we have limited parking and so when booking, we send you an email with instructions about street sweeping as well as where to park if our free spots aren't available, if there is an issue you can call us and we are happy to help. We give directions about what is around the area, where to go and what to eat in our neighborhood.We print boarding passes for those who dont have digital. All of this is awesome until we request a few policies to be followed, then we receive this type of review. What we DON'T do, for safety reasons and to ensure the best quiet stay possible for ALL guests, (remember we have under 20 rooms) we don't allow loud, late parties and we don't allow more than the registered guests in rooms late at night without checking in. We don't allow smoking or pets with the exception of ADA animals and if you consider this rude, well we apologize as we don't want to lose any guests, but understand if you should need other lodging. Thank you so much for the great feedback, it allows us to explain our policies better, we are a "HotelCollect" account. When you make a reservation, you enter your CC details, it is put in the system and your room is held but NOT CHARGED and then you arrive and we look at the reservation and you stay and then we accept payment at check out. We DO NOT ACCEPT PREPAID cards, the main reason is if that card holds 200 on it and the room is say approx. 100 the payment takes 4 days to clear and payment to be given to us, so in the meantime if you pay for something else that is say 125 there is not enough on the card to pay us and then we are out of luck, no money collected, and no way of retrieving so when you wanted to pay with a "prepaid card" and we do not accept this, there is no payment at time of reservation so we know that you are showing a reservation not a payment. There is no need to look at the reservation as we are again a "Hotel Collect" account, and we have everything in our computer that we need, We collect the money, we hope this clears things up! In response to us not collecting your name or confirmation, we have under 20 rooms, you mention that you book through expedia or booking .com and or that you have a reservation as you might be 1 of 2 reservations for the night. If we have 50 rooms you are correct we may not have known who you were. Thank you again for allowign us to share our policies.

Thank you for the feedback, we rarely if ever have issues with anyone that is transient as it is a comfortable and safe, trendy area near many pubs and eateries. Yes we have 6 spaces for parking and a little under 20 rooms, there is also street parking right by the property, however if you should have any issues, you can ask the staff and they will show you where to park. Thank you for feedback, we are a very small limited service hotel of under 20 rooms, some rooms you can hear and we are working on getting the rooms insulated, however, at the time fo check in, if you let us know then we will do our best to put you on the 2nd floor. As far as parking our situation is EVERYWHERE in our reviews, in addition at the time of your reservation, you were given a notice of our parking and what we have available, at that time you were able to cancel free of charge if the parking was an issue.
