The hotel is in a super centric location, the staff is very courteous, good food in the restaurant The rooms are big and clean, the bathroom is in the small side. It could have a fan in the room

I really liked the location and the room size. I didn’t like that they didn’t clearly state that you shouldn’t drink the tap water . Once I asked about this they directed me down the hall to a water fountain and paper cups, no bottled water in the room or glasses so you could fill up at the fountain and bring it to your room. Also, there was no coffee maker in the room, which is fine but I’d hoped that there was a place to get yourself a cup of coffee 24/7. Instead you had to go to the restaurant the but only restaurant hours to order a coffee.

Great location, right in the middle of everything, including the famous arch. Nice room, clean. Only 2 things I did not like: small bed, and thin walls where I could hear other guests conversations.

What I loved was the location! Everything is nearby! What I didn’t like was; beds were hard, bathroom was so small and No AC ! We got a fan from the staff but it was so noisy!! Also be careful with bugs ! There was a huge spider on my shoe.

Recomiendo que revisen el estado de las camas, una de las del dormitorio C113 ya esta en malas condiciones. El servicio de restaurante debe mejorar, muy lento y poca atención. No suficientes suministros en el baño. Me gusto lo amigables que son con las mascotas.

El ruido fue muy incomodo. A las 7am de un Domingo en el patio interno habian bebes llorando, empleados con wlakie talkies altos coordianndo y a laas 8am una banda en vivo para un brunch dominical. Los cuartos estan en el patio central. No habia manera de descansar. El check in y check out fue lento. El agua tardo mucho en calentar.

Beautiful place the view, oh my god Nice! Unfortunately On one of the beds I saw woodworm , but we were so tired, and we move together to the other bed. I believe the sound of the chime clock I heard the whole night every 15 minutes and every hour, which is good for some people.

This was a horrible stay. This was not a deluxe room, it had no AC, the pictures look nothing like it. It ruined our stay! Horrible will never recommend this expensive run down spot!

The hotel is right in the middle of the action in Antigua, next to the landmark arch - The rooms are around a large patio, which had music and a lot of other noise until late, so it certainly isn’t a place to where you can go back to your room and relax in the evening, but it’s a great location if you want to be in the middle of everything in Antigua - If you are looking for a hotel with peace and quiet at night, best to look elsewhere

Great place to stay in central Antigua. Old convent so thick walls but can be slightly noisy at times so ear plugs are useful.

I love the traditional colonial look of this hotel. The courtyard was amazing. The restaurant was romantic and I’m told they often have live music. Wonderful stay.

For an old hotel you don’t expect air conditioning ,level walking areas . It is very charming and the restaurant is actually fantastic. it’s convenient to everything but being under the arch you get harassed by sellers of souvenirs

The hotel is historic yet quite functional, and excellently located. The staff were very cooperative in every way, as long as you enjoy a leisurely breakfast - and when we needed it quicker, they delivered. Being in the center of things meant there could be local noise at times, so early or light sleepers might prefer a less centrally located hotel.
