Hôtel très agréable .Il manque un peu de personnel parlant français (détail). Les piscines sont intéressantes toboggan et pédiluve pour les plus petits ,le petit plus , accès à la mer avec ses transat et son bar vraiment satisfaisant pour passer une bonne journée

I stayed at this place for 12 days and everyhing went perfectly fine. The food was great, the water was clean anf the staff was excellent. I couln't have asled for a better place to have my vacation.

Sehr schönes Hotel im Süden Kretas, mir hat es gut gefallen ich hatte einen guten und erholsamen Urlaub dort. Preis-Leistung war in Ordnung für 2022 (nach Corona). Personal sehr Freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Bustransfer war von Heraklion aus im Norden und dauerte fast 3 Stunden. Wer schnell im Hotel sein will dafür nix von der Insel sehen möchte sollte einen anderen Flughafen wählen. Alles in allem kann man dort einmalig einen schönen Urlaub verbringen.

Superbe hôtel familial en bord de mer
Nous avons séjourné en famille dans cette hôtel très bien situé en bord de mer mais attention plage de petit gravillons et non de sable fin... Hôtel très bien aménagé pour les enfants de nombreux jeux et activités y sont proposés mais pas très bien équipé pour les bébé : pas de micro-ondes même au restaurant principal ! prévoyez votre chauffe biberon !!! Très bonne restauration, les buffets sont variés et généreux.

Outrated hotel regarding its 5 stars, one could expect more with 2021 and not '90s standards. Still, a fair price. Very good for families withs kids and toddlers. The beach is outstanding, the pool and the kids pool very nice also. The food is not good, at a level of a kid's birthday party. The drinks also, of the lowest possible quality (but noone seems to bother). Cleaningness is good, but the rooms are old and oldness always gives the impression of being unclean, especially in the bathroom. The umbrellas must be 20 years old minimum, which is unacceptable for me. I can understand that a full renovation may not be possible, but bying 200 new umbrellas cannot be that difficult. After all, we had a nice stay, but it depends on one's expectation: if you seek 5 star accomodation and luxury, its not. If you seek a relatively cheap stay, family-friendly, with a superb beach a few steps away, its nice.

The two biggest positive points to this hotel are 1. the personnel and 2. the lovely beach. What stood out was how accommodating and friendly the kitchen and animation staff were. They really looked out for my children, and that's what allowed me to have a pretty OK time there. The beach was a pretty pebble beach. Unfortunately, the beach chairs and umbrellas were pretty outdated and almost blew away numerous times due to the crazy wind. (I had never experienced wind like that before). The umbrellas provided no real protection agains the sun, as they had slits in them. Nonetheless, the beach itself is lovely. My children loved the kids' pools and the giant slides as well as the animation team. Their favorite was the disco nights. They also getting their own drinks at the snack bar. The room was, well, not great. The toilet seat moved to the side and nearly broke off every time we sat down on it, the shower head never worked (and water spilled out the sides and not the front), there was no coffee or tea maker, and the beds were absolutely unbearable. I could feel the springs in my back, as could my husband. We didn't sleep that entire week. The food was bland. It's all inclusive, which to some could be appealing. We went for less risky dishes, (Greek salad, fries, and yogurt.) We ended up eating at the delicious tavern that was a 10 walk away on the beach. The extra money spent was worth it because the food was great there. Overall, an OK experience, but not amazing.

Mass Tourism Style All Inclusive. No high quality. Not even 4 or 5 Star for us. Rooms are old. Queues were disturbing and the drinks had no high quality. For good quality drinks extra payment was necessary. Too expensive for everything. Was nothing for us. For a cheap beach hotel its ok.

Hotel 3 étoiles Chambres vieillotte. Pas de bouilloire, pas de kit brosse a dent, pas de body lotion. Offert 1 bouteilles d eau de 1.5 litres pour les séjour. Le nettoyage en chambre est très limite... La qualité de la nourriture et des repas ne sont pas constante. Le personnel etudiant font de leur mieux. Ce site est très venteux. La plage de galets est propre. Piscine, tobbogans et pataugeoire avec jeux enfants ok mais vieillissant. Animation et mini club est le seul de l'hotel. Alcool et cocktails correcte. Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, sei es die Liegestühle am Strand, sowie die Hotelausstattung im Allgemeinen. Das Meerwasser ist Kristallklar, also wunderschön. Es ist ein Krieselstrand, was ich jedoch nicht als Nachteil empfinde. Speziell an diesem Ort windet es sehr stark, was mit der Zeit sehr mühsam wurde. Besonders in der Nacht hört man den Wind sehr gut, da das Hotel sehr hellhörig ist. Wir hatten das Standartzimmer, was einfach eingerichtet und sauber war. Die Matratze war sehr hart, sodass ich mehr verspannt war, als ich gekommen war. Das Essen war mässig bis schlecht, es gab keine grosse Auswahl und es war meistens kalt, bis wir vom Buffet zurück am Tisch waren. Das Personal war nett und hilfsbereit. Im Grossen und Ganzen haben wir für 5 Tage wenig bis sehr wenig bezahlt, wodurch sich die Bewertung wiederspiegeln lässt.

Bien dans l’ensemble
Nous avons séjourner deux nuits dans cet hôtel club. Le gros plus est le package all inclusive de proposer. Personnel accueillant. Nourriture correcte et offre de boissons correct. Par contre ne vaut pas un 5* car les locaux sont déjà vieillissant et les chambres vieillissantes. Seul bémol du séjour : des petites fourmis dans notre chambre, mais cela ne nous a pas déranger.

overall a pleasant stay
The staff was very friendly and Im sure it’s a nice place to stay when everything is normal. Unfortunately now there were little people (so sad for the hotel), but that makes that a lot of facilities weren’t open, there was a small buffet (and someone like me with allergies has a harder time), and a lot of sunscreens were taken down. That being said, the friendly staff made up for it and defenitely worth it to support them during these hard times. Rooms were spacious and tidy. But uncomfortable beds..

Le piscine sono belle anche se mancano le attrazioni per i bambini che sono riportate nelle foto. Bagni inaccettabili vecchi e sporchi, struttura senza manutenzione molte cose non funzionano o sono mal tenute. Cibo sempre uguale e di scarsissima qualità dalla colazione (caffè, marmellata, pane,ecc); pranzo e cena da evitare! Personale non informato sui servizi, non ci sono persone di : capi servizio direzione il personale è abbandonato e non seguito.

Hôtel un peu vieillissant mais toutefois très agréable. Le personnel est très accueillant et souriant même s’il ne parle pas français on arrive très bien à se faire comprendre. Les chambre sont spacieuses. Nombreuses aires de détente notamment pour les enfants. Très bon séjour.

Il personale è molto gentile e la camera spaziosa. Lasciano molto a desiderare le strutture in spiaggia: ombrelloni e lettini superdatati arrugginiti (la struttura dell'ombrellone è in ferro e il più delle volte, essendo basso, si sbatte la testa). La qualità del buffet è di basso livello. La spiaggia di sassi e l'acqua molto alta non sono adatte ai bambini.
