At the first night of our stay, we couldn't lodge in this appartment. The manager totally forgot the appointment of the key delivery, although I had definitely called him two days before. He said, "Now I'm in Germany, not in Vienna! Why didn't you call me beforehand?!" ...He tried to gloss over his negligence. But anyway, in my iPhone there remains a history of my calling on Thursday morning.
The manager offered us a stay in another appartment. While he managed to prepare the room, we were forced to stay in a train station for one and a half hour, with 9 months baby and 70 years old mother-in-law. And then, we had to march all the way from the station to the new appartment.
On the next day finally we were ALLOWED to move into this appartment. But the things that we could get were... only some words of apology from a colleague of the manager, and 25 euros as a taxi fare. Of course I complained about it, and then the colleague suddenly got angry and said, "Get out from here, if you say such a thing!"
I had payed nearly 100 euros per one night for the stay. Why we couldn't stay in this appartment at the first night????? I cannot understand at all...
