When we got there the room smelled like smoke. It was supposed to be a non smoking room and it smelled like walking into a bar. We ended up getting air fresheners for the room. No one came to the room to refresh towel or anything else . We had to go down to the front desk to get towels. We had a mountain of towels sitting in our room by the time we left We were only in the room to sleep and shower pretty much. So it was some place to lay our head but I wouldn’t stay there again. One of the worst places I ever stayed.

I ended up leaving and getting a different hotel even though they would not give me a refund. Place was beyond disgusting, staff was rude, and door locks were broken.

They should take more pride in the conditions of the rooms. Our first room had a horrible smell, floor looked like they were changing oil in the room, toilet wasn’t working, but after reported. They did make up for it and put us in a better room.

This hotel was one of the worst I’ve ever seen in my life. I’d say it was more of transient housing. Roaches in the rooms, trained of cigarette smoke, people constantly coming and going and marijuana stench was awful. Front desk staff were really nice and have no complaints there at all.

Tv was broke nor was it fixed, hair dryer broke, toilet tank not fastened to the bottom half, chair was broke. The whole room and bathroom needed to be cleaned. Old pizza in the fridge plus it was not working so it was hot and it stunk.

The worst place to stay
this place is horrible. we had 3 rooms and one of them the bathtub wasn't clean it had a black ring around the tub and no shower curtain. one of the rooms smelled like someone died in it and we got switched to another room. the last room didn't have a garbage can in it. there were dead bugs all over the floor. the bed we slept in was coming apart on the sides. pillows were no good. they have a lot of shady people walking around the hotel. They didn't come tidy our rooms when they were cleaning the rooms. didn't ask if we needed anything. none of the rooms has the correct number of towels for people to be able to take showers. we will not stay here again. when I booked this place on hotels.com I didn't see where it said it was a 2-star hotel. I saw good pictures of the room. well, we looked on the actual site for days inn and the pictures looked terrible. they were actual pictures of people who had recently stayed there. they charged our card before we even checked into the hotel. They told me when I called that they charged the card to assign us to our rooms and put a hold on them and that we could pay with either cash or another card when we got there. but when we all went to check into our rooms, they told us we couldn't do that unless we called, and I had called that morning about it. the front desk staff is horrible and doesn't relay messages to the afternoon staff like they should. We are going to call the hotel chain and send them the pictures that have been taken.

The lady at the desk was very nice. The king suite we reserved smelled like smoke but was a non smoking room. She gladly and nicely let us move to a room with 2 queen beds. She let me go look at the room with the queen beds before accepting it. She was very nice and couldn’t have handled the situation any better. We will be staying with them again!

What I liked about the property: leaving. What I didn’t like: the bed bugs in the mattresses, the cockroaches on the walls, in the bed, festering under the alarm clock, the vomit stained toilet that clearly had not been cleaned, the stained blood on the floor, the sticky stains on the phone which indicates had not been cleaned in a long time. Cigarette stale smell in non smoking rooms. This is a sanitary health issue that needs to be dealt with in a serious manner.

Horrible… is all I can say.. we had a dirty sock, used wash cloth in our room. The TV did not work, the carpet by the bathroom was wet, like either it flooded or something. The cops were called the second night for guest fighting. The pool was filthy we could not even swim…. The lobby had a horrible smell In it I was so sick to my stomach I didn’t even want my free breakfast.

The room I was given smelled like a chimney, like there was a smoker convention in the room. And several cigarette butts on the walk right in front of the door. Check in person was very pleasant and helpful which she got me another room but it smelled musty and air conditioning did not work well. For $117 it was the worst room I ever had.

This was by far the worst motel I've ever stayed in. It was so dirty. The carpet was so stained, some of which looked like blood stains, it smelled like urine, there was a needle in the carpet, a cigarette butt on the floor )in a non-smoking room), the shower had dozens of black hairs stuck to the surface, the toilet had piss all around the bottom of it, I found a roach in one of my bags, there was no toilet paper (I had to go to the lobby to get some), the kleenex box was empty, the sitting bench was so stained I wouldn't lay anything on it, and the list goes on and on. I can't stress enough how bad it was.
