When we returned late (after dark) after being gone all day, our room door was wide open. Thankfully all of our belongings were there.

We appreciate your feedback the only possibility of your door being opened is you not shutting it all the way when you went out and as you know it was very windy that day. Since your room was being stayed over it was not given to the housekeeper to clean it and I did check the cameras no one had gone to your room all day. So I am sure it got pushed open with heavy wind since it was not shut properly.

Terrrible service and the room was very dirty. The bathroom had mold around the edges of the tub. The room did not look like it was cleaned prior before check in. Some of the food items for breakfast was also expired. Do not recommend.

Thank you for staying with us. Not sure what went wrong and how the service was terrible. The room was cleaned and inspected before check-in if the room had not been cleaned then It would not have been rented for breakfast according to you some of the food items were expired I wonder what items would they be since we have nothing but bread and yogurt with date code and I have not had any of that expired since we don't stock up and we get them every week.

The staff seemed slightly inconvenienced when I requested extras. The property was not in great shape, the carpet tacks poked through and the bathroom mirror was cracked.The price was reasonable, but I don't think I would return it was disappointing

This is a basic roadside motel. The place was last decorated sometime in the early 1920s, with thin walls and even thinner towels. The hot water runs out, you hear every noise, the floors were sticky, the sheets were dirty, the door didn't even lock properly.. we were happy to depart. In short, a typical roadside motel experience.

This property was OK. It wasn’t all that clean, and it was a bit rundown. It seems like it needs some maintenance. I think I would look for another place to stay in Needles next time.

It was just okay
The bed was very comfortable. There was a plastic bag over the fire alarm and the fridge was not plugged in. I forgot there was breakfast, there isn't a coffee maker in the room. The door had a poor seal, luckily it was not a windy night.

The property could use a little updating. The floor in the bedroom had been replaced but it could use a washing as our feet got dirty walking on it. Otherwise the room was clean. The breakfast is pretty basic, tiny pancakes, cereal, hard boiled eggs and toast. The breakfast area was clean.
