Hello, I’d like to point out that our rooms are cleaned every day by professional housekeepers. If anything feels wrong, our receptionist or night manager is always happy to help sort the problems out, even offering another room to see or move to.

Visit England conducts annual inspections we have pass and improve on. According to Visit England, ‘Bed and Breakfasts’ and ‘Hotels’ both have different requirements on different levels, therefore I feel your comment does not reflect true nature of our hotel.
