Great view of the Kobe skyline and waterfront, from a spacious, two-bedroom apartment up on the hill overlooking the city. Close to the train station, and right along a bus route into the city.

子供の試合で滞在先として宿泊しました。 部屋には洗濯機、乾燥機、キッズルームがあり便利で、六階という事もあり景観はバッチリでした。 洗濯機をしようするなら洗剤が必要です。 他の方も言われてますが、ボディソープはローションです。子供に説明するのに困るヤツです。

古い建物ですが、子供用のおもちゃを用意してくれたりと良かったです。エアコンやトイレ周りなども設備も、良かったです

家族５人での宿泊のため、少しでも広く、また３泊4日での予定だったため、レンジやお湯など気軽に使えたらいいなと思っていたところ、こちらの宿を見つけました。 実際のお部屋はとても広く、久しぶりにそろった家族が全員でくつろげて団欒が出来るリビング、ベッドルーム２つ、トイレ２つ、洗濯機、キッチン…と、まるで自宅のように過ごすことができました。 ３泊4日で利用したため、レンジが使えたり、キッチンで簡単な調理ができたこともとても助かりました（調理道具やお皿などが揃っていることを事前に聞いていたため、簡単な調味料を持参しました）。冷蔵庫も、ホテルようなミニサイズではなく十分な大きさのものがあったので、買い物したものを色々入れられて便利でした。また、洗濯機もあったためこちらも大変助かりました。 ベビーベットや子供が喜びそうなおもちゃなども用意していただきました。エレベーターがあったので、ベビーカーに乗せたままでも移動ができたこともよかったです。 また、高齢の両親やベビーを連れての宿泊だったこともあり、こちらの都合で色々相談させていただくこともありましたが、毎回とても親切に、こちらが驚くくらいの対応をしていただきました。 次回もぜひ利用させていただきたいと心から思える宿でした。心から感謝しております。ありがとうございました。

キッチン付きのホテルを探していて 初めて利用させて頂きました。 フロントはありません、オーナーが 着く前にメールで電話番号を教えてくれて着いて電話すると部屋を教えてくれて 案内して下さいます。 新神戸駅からは歩いて行ける距離です。 正直外観は年月を感じますが、部屋は とても綺麗です。窓からの眺めは最高で 夜景はとてもロマンチックです。 キッチンも広くて二口ガスコンロ、ポット、冷蔵庫にレンジ、オーブントースター、鍋やフライパン皿にカトラリーと かなり充実した設備です。 炊飯器も希望したらすぐ対応してくれた のが嬉しかったです。 思い切り料理が出来ました。 だけど食材を買うスーパーは近所にあまり無くて三ノ宮までバスで行きました。 バス停がホテル目の前なので便利です。 広い部屋でリラックスして過ごせました 是非また利用したいと思います。

窓からの景観がよく、スタッフの方々は気さくで話しやすいふんいきでした。部屋数があり着替えとかプライバシーもわけられて、リビングが広々としているのでくつろげました。 築年数はかなり経ってるようですが清潔感がありました。 シャワールームとトイレのレイアウトが洋風で馴染みがなかった我々には少し落ち着きませんでしたが、徒歩で10分弱の場所にちょっとしたスーパーとコンビニがあったので食材の買い出しもできてよかったです。

観光ではなく、行事に合わせての1泊２日の滞在でした。お部屋は充分な清潔感でゆっくりできました。夜景がきれいで、朝日も燦々と降り注ぐ感じで気持ちの良い朝を迎えました。観光で訪れた際にも利用してみたいです。

Viel Platz für die ganze Familie
Preis-Leistung und genügend Platz mit zwei separaten Schlafzimmer haben überzeugt. Zuedem schöne Aussicht und Sehenswürdigkeiten in zentraler Nähe. Busstation auch direkt vor dem Hotel. Gastgeber sehr hilfsbereit und reagiert schnell.

キッチン付きの部屋が良かったのでこちらに宿泊させて頂きました！ 建物自体の古さはありますが、中のものに関しては非常に綺麗で問題ありませんでした。 コンロも二口で楽しく調理出来ました。 冷蔵庫も大きく、レンジも優秀だったので、同棲気分を味わうことが出来ました。 また、7階のお部屋だったのですが、景色も非常に綺麗で神戸の街並みを楽しめました！ 昼は海まで綺麗に見え、夜は夜景がとにかく綺麗です！ また、宿主様も大変優しい方でした！ 今度は普通にお店に伺いたいところです。

なかなか5人一室で宿泊出来る施設は貴重なので助かりました。ベランダや窓がかなり硬く開きにくかったので、修繕される方が良いのではないかなと思いましたが…それ以外はとても良かったです！ありがとうございました！

有洗衣機，但無涼曬衣物設施及位置。四日三夜，只得一個垃圾袋，附近沒地方棄置垃圾，幸好因大量購物有膠袋可用。電水煲有大量污穢漬，不敢用。廚房用一個單頭小型氣體爐，一見已笑了。小的那個廁所，明顯是改建出來，我1.7米高用那坐廁會被面前的那道牆「頂腳」，沖廁時要彎著身長按著水掣，直到見穢物完全沖走才可放手，否則它們肯定會「返嚟揾你」。

特に気になったところは2つあるうちの1つのトイレが壊れてました。溢れそうになりビックリしました。キッチンの湯沸かし器が壊れてました。キッチンの窓が開きません。換気扇も壊れてました。ウォシュレットが欲しいです。全体的に清潔さが不足していると思いました。

nothing is broken in any of the rooms. This guest is complaining as anonymous which is rather questionable because our object is to always please our guests. If anything was not in order it begs the question as to why not simply ask how to use the water heater and how to turn off the tap properly because it seems this guest resorts to public complaint rather than having the issue resolved properly. Our hotel never presented the toilets to have washlets installed so if this guest wanted a washlet the appropriate thing to do is to look for a hotel with washlet according to their desire instead of blaming us for something that is not supposed to be there nor ever offered. Everything they mention could have been resolved in few minutes if we were told as it is always our desire to please the guests. Complaining after the fact and hiding under the disguise of being anonymous does not help any body solve any issue and appears to be cowardly

厳しく評価したようにはなってるが、サービスは淡白だが単に泊まれればよかったのでお部屋としては広くて◎。フロントがなく、隣接する一階の業者用のスパイスショップでカタコトの若いスタッフが受け付けるというシステム。アジアンスパイスの香りが漂って、苦手な人には辛いかも。施設としては、バス停目の前なのと、夜景も美しかったので悪くない。清潔感は…普通。部屋のインテリアは明るくてよい。冷暖房は完備、問題ない。
