We chose to stay here after trekking to Machu Picchu. The beds were huge and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was delicious. The staff were friendly, attentive and helpful! Would highly recommend. Location is super!

What a beautiful and quaint property! Easy walking to restaurants, laundry, pharmacies, and more… had just gotten done with the 5 day salkantay trek, so the peaceful property was the perfect vibe.

very cute, spacious rooms and clean. Lovely staff. person always at front desk and most able to speak English. Helped arrange transport and provided breakfast for early mornings. Great place and would stay again for sure.

San Blas neighborhood is where you want to be in Cusco. Obviously not for these reasons, but there is a Starbucks and Patagonia store nearby. Authentic shopping and great local cuisine preferred. Quinta keeps you close enough to the action without being in the high traffic area.

An excellent place to stay close to the centre of Cusco which is also quiet. Great breakfast and wonderful staff who really exceed any expectations.

Charming hotel, big rooms
Great experience. Very nice staff and a big room. It's in the old part of town, which is very nice but it's also higher than the center, so everytime that you want to do something you have to go up and down the street. It wasn't a big issue for us, but older people should keep that in mind.

True hidden gem
Beautiful place, very well located, within walking distance of all the sites but quieter than the Plaza de Armas part of town. The lady in charge of the place is the best, very kind and helpful.

O Hotel Quinta San Blas é bem localizado , perto das atrações turísticas de Cusco e de restaurantes e compras. Está em um edifício antigo muito charmoso e bem renovado. Os quartos não são grandes , mas confortáveis. A ducha é ótima , farta e quente ! O café da manhã é ótimo, sem muita variedade ,mas bem gostoso. O café é quente e forte ( coisa rara em Cusco) .Sempre tem chá de coca quentinho para amenizar o mal de altitude. O atendimento é muito cordial e educado. Saímos antes das 5hO da manhã para um tour e nos prepararam um lanche super farto para o caminho.

Maybe the best hotel in Cusco
Maybe the best hotel in Cusco but for sure one of the best. We stayed during our trip in three different hotels in Cusco. All on the same price range but with very different results. We enyied the clean room with good heating and a quick, hot shower as well as the nice breakfast, that was far above average. If I would need to find anything that could be a bit better and I would think hard on it, I may would suggest that the breakfast room could be a bit more warm. But this was really not a big thing and with a sweater it was easily solved.

Had to leave & find somewhere else to sleep at 9pm
It is not hyperbole to say this is the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Traveling with my husband & son, we would be staying one night, leave 2 night, & then planned on coming back for another 2 nights. Upon arriving, they showed us to a tiny room with a single queen bed for all 3 of us. After arguing for some time, they gave us a bigger room with what we thought was a king bed, & wanted to charge us $45 for a rollaway bed. We declined, but later found out that the bed was just 2 twins pushed together under some sheets. It was the worst night of sleep I have ever gotten. The next day, we spoke to a manager AND the front desk who assured us that, upon our return, we would definitely have the room with 2 queen beds. However, upon our return, (hungry, tired, and wet) we arrived back at the hotel only to be shown again to a tiny room with two twin beds for the three of us. No rollaway bed was available for any price, and the room we were promised had been given away. No manager was available, and the reservation department was closed all weekend. The only person working shrugged his shoulders and basically said, “take it or leave it.” Leave it we did, and ended up staying at our tour guide’s apartment-where at least there was room for all three of us. Regardless, our credit card was charged for all 3 nights. NOW, I am trying to get that reversed, but having a hard time getting a hold of anyone at the hotel or parent company.

I will stay in La Quinta San Blas again!
Great location. Welcoming staff. Cozy ambiance. Clean and comfortable room. Great hot breakfast buffet. 24 hours front desk service. Safe place, quiet area walking distance to shops, mini markets and great restaurants. Beautiful Cusco view from our room on the 3rd floor.

Bonita casa tradicional
El hotel lindo, limpio, el personal muy amable, el desayuno bueno y variado. La habitación que nos toco fue algo ruidosa y el baño era algo incómodo por ser pequeño. Aparte de ello todos muy bien, tuvieron la amabilidad de darnos la habitación antes de la hora regular del Check in, por lo que estoy súper agradecida. Volvería en alguna visita de labores a Bella Cusco.

Me hospedei em dois quartos diferentes deste hotel. O primeiro era no térreo (muito bom por conta da altitude de Cusco), não tinha janela no quarto, apenas um veneziana na porta, o que resolvia bem. Esse quarto era maravilhoso! O segundo quarto que peguei ficava no terceiro andar do hotel. Desse não gostei. Além do incômodo das escadas, o quarto não tinha forro, o que dificultava a calefação e a circulação de ar do banheiro (a ventilação ia pra dentro do quarto). Um diferencial do hotel é que eles têm um filtro pra vc pegar água à vontade pra beber durante a estadia. Além disso, sempre tinha alguém pra carregar nossas malas de um lado a outro. Muito honesto e fofo! Amei! Faltaram apenas espelho de corpo inteiro (não tem nem nos quartos nem em lugar algum do hotel), iluminacao na aérea das malas (fica bem escuro), secador de cabelo no quarto (não sei se pode pedir na recepção, mas no quarto não tem), Leite sem lactose (pedi todos os dias e disseram que iam providenciar, mas em 5 diárias não consegui tomar meu café em nenhuma) e Late check out, que eles não fizeram alegando lotação do hotel, mas vi que tinha quartos livres pelo app do hotéis.com e também fisicamente no local. A rua do hotel também é super estreita e “mão dupla”. Alguns táxis não quiseram entrar nela. No geral, recomendo. Não fica no plano da praça de armas. Uma subida é necessária. Durante sua adaptação à altitude, pegue táxis.

Sister hotel transfer
When we arrived, the hotel was full =( but they sent us to their sister hotel which was lovely! They took care of the transportation and all amenities. Fantastic customer service!

The hotel is good. The breakfast is good as well. Our room didn’t have windows so that made it really dark. The street where the property is located has only one way but traffic goes both ways, so it can be complicated at times.

Comfy Hotel
Quinta San Blas was a great hotel for us. The location was an ideal neighbourhood for our stay and great coffee, food and shops were all nearby.

Nice hotel close to everything!
Nice hotel with very friendly staff. Rooms were very comfortable and the bathroom was nice as well. Location is very convenient and close to the historic site, good restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay there again.
