Hi Jeanette, Happy to enjoyed your stay with us here at Hideaway Cove and that it was everything and more that you expected. We have been smoke free in our rooms and lanais for 20 years, even before no smoking became law a couple of years ago. As a non-smoker myself, I know how irritating it can be when someone doesn't follow the rules. Next time please call, email or text me and I will immediately talk to the guests. Hi Ray, Thanks for letting us know that you enjoyed our accommodation and its location here in Poipu Beach. A quick call, text or email to us would have solved the TV and phone problems. Usually another guest has changed the input on the TV to watch Netflix and we can let you know how to switch it back. That info is also found in the white binder on your coffee table. Also, some guests set the phone in the base backwards and it doesn't charge. Turning it around solves that problem. Hope to see you again in the future. Aloha from Kauai, Herb

Hi Ron, I'm happy to hear that you enjoyed our beach gear. We supply beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler because we're so close to the beach it would be a shame not to. Hi Eileen, The nice thing about being located near the end of a dead end private street is that there is very little traffic. Many guests comment that the loudest noise they hear is the sounds of birds chirping. And being a five minute walk to Poipu Beach is so convenient, isn't it? Aloha from Kauai, Herb

We'd love to have all 10 out of 10 reviews, however that just isn't realistic. I wish this guest would have let us know what there issues were, as often times they can be solved on the spot.
