This was a quick stay price was fine but they advertised a pool and it was not open. We request a late check out but the person forgot to note it and we were woken up asking about check out due to no one letting morning staff know.

Decent, clean basic hotel
Decent, basic hotel. Clean and friendly staff. The free breakfast was appreciated but nothing special. The bed was not in good shape - mattress needs to be replaced. Probably one of the better hotels in the area for the price.

We are trying to sleep and the people in front and next door are extremely noisy. If they want to make noise they should not be here where we are trying to rest after having a long day. By far the worst hotel I have stayed at. I will no longer stay here

Mediocre hotel, get what you pay for. Bathroom door was unpainted at bottom and chair was covered in food debris.

What a wonderful staff! They were so kind and accommodating! We were here while my son was having hip surgery. When my son and I came back to the hotel after his surgery, one of the ladies at the desk heard him say that he was wanting some orange juice. She literally came to the room with a jug of orange juice for him! That’s really going above and beyond for your guests. I’m sorry, I don’t know what her name was, but you should give her a raise! The rest of the staff even tried their best to help my son hobble back to our room while he was on his crutches. I’m so thankful for the staff here!

The staff was amazing. The room i had at first had a musty smell and dirty A/C unit. But i was switched to another room that was perfect. Overall cleanliness was Good but could have been a bit better especially the vents of the A/C units. The rate was great for all you get, pool, breakfast etc. Will stay again

Disappointed not a good representation of brand
The room was dirty. Floor sticky the tub had mold growing on it in areas. Staff not available in the AM when leaving. Parking lot empty and I no why.

There was a cleaning cart left in our room when we arrived. Tv didn't work the 1st night we were there. Had to have front desk fix. The room smelt bad. Found a cockroach in our bathroom. Bed was comfortable and staff friendly.

I did not like the fact that a deposit was required upon arrival. I had the money but this was a non refundable booking and if I had not had the deposit available on a credit or debit card, I would have had to forfeit the nights stay. That is really not a good way to do business especially as hard a times as it is already.

It was ok but really a 2 star lodge. Also, they require additional funds to be deposited which will not be returned to your bank for 5 to 10 days which was not disclosed at time of booking. NOT COOL!!

I liked it was close to my son I did not like the thin walls, uncomfortable beds The "Hot breakfast was a joke" only waffles no juice or milk limited choice and I really am not going to use expedidia anymore because I would have left yo go to a better hotel but expedia doesn't let you canclel after you get there . a total rip off from what Id expect. Plus the rooms had a mildew smell as well as water damage spots on walls and ceiling
