It is private and the view is gorgeous! The layout around the pool is convenient to everyone. Limited number of guests.

The place has tons of potential, but it desperately needs some love. Water pressure is terrible, internet doesn't work, open electrical boxes, shower curtain rod falls down, etc. The pool and hot tub were super-convenient. The scenery is gorgeous. Beautiful ocean right down the stairs. It's 5 minutes from Cueva del Indio. The owner stopped by a few times. I dunno. If you want a bougie hotel room, this is not the place! But it was clean and honest and basically serves the purpose.

The property has a beautiful view and spacious, however it’s not well maintained. The host was very fast responsive and very nice. Lost of parking.

Unbelievable scam. The beach was the only good thing. Just to a name few disappointments: filthy room, cockroaches, no clear instructions upon arrival, screws sticking up out of the deck over the beach, unsafe, total waste of money.

The contact person was always very friendly but the property is not of the quality they claim it has. A lot of disorganized work around and it is a poorly maintained property. The sheets were not washed and there was lipstick on one of the pillows. Insects inside the room due to lack of fumigation. They don't even provide soap for bathing and the stove is full of corrosion. The surroundings are a disaster and the owners promote the view of the sea and the pool and neglect the facilities.

Mi estadía de 3 días en familia
Honestamente estaba un poco preocupada por los reviews que leí sin embargo llegue bien con el pin que me envió el dueño. No es un hotel son villas están bastante bien equipadas al menos en la que me quede 102A está bien y Justo frente a la piscina. Importante no hay privacidad dentro del cuarto es decir las camas están unidas y el baño no tiene puerta solo cortinas. La piscina estaba bien solo un poco más de mantenimiento aunque lo que estaba era llena de arena lógico por el salitre y la playa. La vista espectacular el a/c funcionó bien todo el tiempo. En el baño la gaveta del lavamanos estaba rota pero no se uso. Entiendo que le deben mejorar un poco las áreas de afuera por ejemplo la mayoría de las luces decorativas estaban fundidas pero de lo demás todo bien y volvería nuevamente. La hospitalidad y comunicación con los encargados fue bien efectivamente es importante seguir las instrucciones como te las envían por email. Junto con mis comentarios le incluyo fotos antes de irme de mi villa.

Poca limpieza, la piscina tenía los bordes rotos y el area donde ubica el filtro tenía un dron para tapar el orificio, en adición la playa no es para bañista y la propiedad en general está falta de mantenimiento nada de lo que aparece en las fotos un gacevo sin techo y un asador mohoso que duerme allí en el patio y nadie lo limpia. Tiene una perra suelta en la propiedad orinando y defecando en la propiedad y labrando desde la 6 de la madrugada, los dueño tenían unos familiares en el lugar que eran unos desconsiderados con los huéspedes poniendo la música en alto volumen con palabras soeces donde no toman en consideración la tranquilidad de los demás que hasta la policía llegó al lugar en relación a la música en alto volumen que no dejaban descansar a los demás en general no se la recomiendo ni a peor enemigo súper carro para el pobre servicio que tienen

Todo estuvo muy lindo en áreas de afuera. El apto.tiene un roto en el piso de la puerta por donde creo que entran las plagas que habían. Deben arreglarlo porque aunque fumiguen se pueden entrar las cucarachas por ahí. Hay mucha paz en el lugar, muy divino en las afueras…

No tuve una experiencia grata, para localizar el cuarto fue un pésimo servicio. Las llaves del establecimiento nunca se me facilitaron como indicaban las instrucciones. No había utensilios higiénicos, el baño estaba sucio, cortina rota. El aire fatal, liquidaba y el uso siempre hubo un charco de agua. Las camas no eran nada de cómodas, nada como se ve en fotos. Tiene pocos enchufes y todo conectado a un solo lugar. La cocina muy pequeña, no hay comodidad y los cuartos no tienen su privacidad. En fin el lugar necesita mantenimiento del bueno. Lo único bueno que tiene es la piscina, y la vista al mar. El servicio al cliente debe de mejorar.

There’s were vines growing into the shower window. There was mold in the bathroom. The appliances in the kitchen were rusty. There were several insects in the bathroom. The bed was awful. There was what looked like someone threw mud all over the door to our room.
