I am very sorry that after all, they will not offer to give me my refund for the time I did not stay, the villa was dirty and dusty like no one has stayed there for a while for this unsafe location, the swimming pool at the villa has broken tiles on the steps into the pool. I almost cut my foot going into the pool, The kitchen had not any way of drying the dishes end up using the bath towel to care for the kitchen. I talk with the staff to fix it or move me from location, they try to fix it. they made the problem worst by taken the title out, now you have 2 sharp corners they send someone to put a new title underwater that did not work. a wood staircase going up and down the hand reals was damage and very lose made it difficult to go up and down the steps. at night the villa has a lot of lights out it is dark in some areas like the steps. Taken a shower in the bath tube the water running into the bedroom, floors are tiles very slippery wend wet. The front door there was a problem with the keys cannot get them out off the door, had to call the front desk to send someone to fix it in the night. They ask for a deposit of 3,000.THB we were not told about it. They made an offer to bring food for us to cook at a price, I said yes to They show up with only a grill and charcoal, no food. the Next day after having a conversation with them they show with a beautiful amount of food. Someone that is coming from another country to stay in a peaceful location should not need to go thru

The only thing that we can help with is to arrange breakfast delivery and the guests should pay the breakfast price to the cafe. The cancellation policy of your reservation was non-refundable, that is why you did not get any refund. You are welcome again next time!

Nice Villa Near to the beach
Pretty close to the beach. Not much to do in the surrounding area other than beach, 5 min. walk. Small pool out front was fun for my kid.

I cannot expected that the double bed is a sofa bed I stay for 3 nights, but no toiletry was re-filled the water in the jacuzzi is dirty.... the pool is small but the staff is very helpful to solve the problem

The room facilitates are old, the microwave oven and Jacuzzi doesn't work and dirty. The bathtub is a slow-emptying drain, water is running slow and accumulating in the bathtub when shower.

Awesome place to relax and unwind...
Such a lovely place to stay especially for the families whose got a lot of kids the only downside is far from the main beach. Also means of transportation - you have to contact a taxi at all time to access transportation...

Very little privacy in location
The Villa inside was acceptable unfortunately all the out side space was overlooked.To gain any privacy you had to keep the curtails closed.I did ask for a curtain to be fitted in the bedroom and the staff obliged, This should have been fitted prior to check in.After all who wants to sleep in a bedroom where people can see in Some net curtains would help.

Amazing Villa in great location
The Villa was great, me and my other three friends was so impressed with the property. Very good value, clean and up to date. Located in good area too, lots of massage places, convenient stores, money changer and night market where you can find nice food and fresh fruits. We love our stay.

Nice hotel for relaxing, not too far from downtown
Very nice staffs and helpful. Very nice place fof relaxation and a quite and safe place for vacation. Diffrent places for reception office and our staying villa (but still quite close). Taxi driver from downtown was not so clear of the villa address, but still could locate at the end.

Beautiful huge private villa
Our 2 bedroom villa was huge at nearly 2400sq feet. 220 sq meters. 3 levels, 3 bathrooms, pool, fully equipped kitchen and much more. Will be back for longer stay next time.

Perfect place to live at good price...
Had great time at villa, Best villa I had stayed till now. Specially room price include everything like electricity and water which which is very rare in Pattaya. Daily housekeeping was also a +++. Nothing better you can get in Pattaya at this price.

Great pool villa and close to tourist attraction.

今次是家庭旅遊，住的是三房別墅連泳池，屋內尚算整潔，地方都算寬敞，足夠三個家庭，多地方給小孩子走動玩樂，不過設施開始有點舊，有些燈熄了，爐頭開始點不著，有足夠煮食工具，可以在別墅煮食，有洗衣機雪櫃，都操作正常，至於泳池都夠大，足夠小朋友同大人玩樂，不過水位比較深，我見隔天就有人來清潔泳池，水質尚算可以，不過池邊地下有裂痕，小朋友玩耍走動要小心，我是自駕遊的，可以將車子泊進別墅內，空間可足夠泊兩架私家車，由於是自駕遊，所以外出不是問題，而且距離市區不遠，駕車去附近2小時超市10mins內就到，即使不駕車，步行出外5分鐘亦有便利店，附近食肆都算多，按摩店亦有，有一個夜市在別墅附近，今次大家都玩得開心，以價錢來說，可以一試的

前日にVilla のstaff に帰りのBangkok までのタクシーを予約していたのに、当日迎えに来なくて、他のStaff に言っても、予約は入って無い、fullといわれました。結果、無理に探してもらい1時間遅れで出発しました。 これくらいは想定内ですが、コンドミニアムみたいにフロントがある方が心強いです。

전혀 럭셔리하지 않으나 가성비는 나쁘지 않음
수영장 꽤깊으니 유아동반 여행자는 각별한 조심 필요(2m) 전자랜지, 하이라이트. 접시(그릇). 냄비(작다) 포크 수저 컵등은 포함되어 있음. 2베드룸엔 드라이기, 티비 없어요. 시큐리티가 다소 허술해 보였으나 별다른 사고는 없었고 관리사무실이 다소 멀지만 차태워 줍니다. 나올때 택시 불러준다고 하니까 걱정마세요. 시내 이동은 그랩(grab) 이용하면 불편하지 않습니다. 야시장 먹을거 많고요. 편의점 중 하나는 문 닫았네요

3年連続で宿泊しており、昨年とまったく同じヴィラに宿泊しましたが、明らかに施設が劣化してきております。 しかし、この値段でプール付きヴィラに宿泊できるのであれば問題はなく、部屋の中の清掃などはキチンとされておるので問題ないと思います。 私は毎年レンタカーで訪問しておりますが、歩いて2分程度でセブンイレブンもあり、ナイトマーケットの先のソイにはマッサージ店やレストランもあるので、車がなくても一応過ごせるとは思います。 ただし海外では当たり前のシャワーの水圧や温度調整などは期待しない方が良いです。

한번쯤 와볼만한곳
수영장에 벌레가 떨어져있었고 바닥청소가 잘 안되어 있었다 조명이 고장나서 우리가 집에 있는 동안 수리공들이 고치러 왔는데 삼십분 이상 길어져서 신경쓰였다. 이외에는 저렴한 가격에 안락한 룸 컨디션과 시설 , 공항 샌딩서비스 다 좋았다

不過不失
Check in 同住的位置有些少距離，地點唔算好搵，基本上要車出車入，但每次司機都只有大概地點放底我地，同唔算好識去。 屋外私人泳池好細，水都算深，天台有按摩池，有廚房，配有殘舊廚具，附近有個小夜市，不去也可。有便利店。周邊都幾應聲，除非住慣這種屋，否則唔會慣，無乜安全感，聽講保安不錯，但我又不覺得，至少我見門鎖是曾經被qu開過，出外必須check好門窗，有無敵冷氣，水壓還好，整體一般多啲啲啦，又不是好差，見人見智，只是下次我不會再住。

조용하고 깨끗한 합니다.
조금 낡은 부분이 있지만 깨끗하게 정리되어 있습니다. 수영장 물이 너무 깊어서 수영 못하는 어린 아이들이 놀기에는 불편했어요. 수심은 1.5m ~ 2.0m 입니다. 첫날 모기가 조금 있어 잡느라 힘들었지만 다른 부분은 불편하지 않았습니다. (3일동안 스프레이 모기 킬러 3통 사용)

There are 3 floor of the house. View is very nice (same as picture shows on website) Shops, convenient store and restaurant nearby (around 5-10minutes by foot). Helpful staff teach how to take duk dut (10 baht) to Pattaya beach road.

3회 방문 중 가장 맘에 드는 숙소
아주 좋았습니다. 3bed room 으로 갔었는데 우선 방마다 욕실이 다 딸려있는 점이 가장 좋았고, 청소도 설거지까지 모두 너무 잘해주었습니다. 워킹에서 거리는 상당히 가까운데 차를 타고 가면 돌아가야 하고 트래픽이 꽤 있어서 20분 정도 걸립니다. 숙소 위치도 찾기 쉬워서 너무 좋았습니다.
