Jättebra vistelse. Väldigt fint och rent rum med en fantastisk havsutsikt. God och bra frukost. Super bemötande av personal och speciellt ägarinnan som var oerhört trevlig och väldigt hjälpsam. Enda minuset är att man måste ha bil och att det är lite krokiga vägar upp och ner varje gång man skall till närmaste stad samt tågstation.

Hôtel la vigna great experience.
We are very pleased with our experience at the hotel La vigna. From the moment we arrived it felt that we were being welcomed by family. Our room was amazing with an amazing view and we were invited to a cocktail and diner that exceeded our expectations.

La Vigna Hotel is exceptional! The staff is friendly and welcoming, room clean and comfortable with all amenities, hotel has many areas where guests can relax and enjoy the view (including a pool). Our dinner in the hotel restaurant was delicious; the breakfast was abundant. We would be delighted to return to La Vigna!

Little gem on a hillside in the Italian Riviera
This family owned hotel was one of the most desirable, unique hotels we have ever stayed. It has a lovely feel, the most friendly staff, the most up-to-date, modern renovated rooms, and the best food for dinner. The four course evening meal is great value, the drinks are the most reasonably priced we've come across in Italy, adequate car parking, lovely pool. Plenty of terraces with multiple seating arrangements, every detail is taken care of, either with advice for things to do, comforts in your room, honestly, we cannot begin to express how favourable we felt about this lovely, lovely small hotel. The town of Moneglia at the bottom of the hill which is a 10 minute drive away is not overrun with tourists in September, has nice shops, and a long beach with a protected swimming area. Be aware it is a hillside road with hairpin turns which makes staying at the hotel for drinks and dinner in the evening even more appealing.

Lovely hotel
We can't say a bad word about Hotel La Vigna. The helpful and friendly staff were the best thing about it and everything else was excellent too. Very clean, lovely pool, charming atmosphere, nice traditional food and drink, comfy rooms with balconies. They offered us to move to a room facing the sea after two days which had a much bigger balcony and made a difference to us with a small child. It was safe for her - there is a games room/conservatory to play in and a garden with slides etc. so there is lots to amuse littluns. The only problem we had was that we didn't have our own transport which made it difficult to get into town/explore the area. We relied on the sporadic (but good) buses, the one and only taxi (also really good) and lifts from the hotel staff. The positive side of this is that you get to experience the real Liguria and working out how to get around is very satisfying and fun. Montorosso old town is definitely worth a visit. Thank you to Valeria and the lovely staff.

Like staying with your family
If you want to experience a true family run hotel, look no further than La Vigna. The owners picked us up and dropped us at the station when needed, provided us with a beautiful sea view room and even helped us book our train journey. The highlight was the four course dinner each evening cooked to perfection with local ingredients. This stay was truly the highlight of our whole European travel. Left with the feeling we had stayed with family.

Geweldig en fantastisch hotel !
Was een heel fijn en gezellig verblijf. Familie hotel met een fantastische ontvangst en verblijf. Heel proper en lekker eten. Veel info gekregen over wat er in de nabijheid te bezoeken is en heel veel praktische info om er naartoe te gaan. Geweldig hotel, we gaan er zeker nog terug !

The best
We make sure to stay here en route from Uk to Lazio. Wonderful warm welcome from this incredible family, large comfortable room, modern bathroom and the most plentiful and delicious food. The grounds are well kept with a nice pool area, safe parking.The hotel is in a small quiet village, fantastic views, plenty of walking and the beach not too far away. It’s an undiscovered gem.

Very Nice Hotel and Staff.
Our recent time at Hotel La Vigna was just remarkable. The staff was more than friendly, competent and it was easy to see why most of the other guests were second and third timers there. The location was perfect as we were out of the crowds and noise but just a short trip to the train stations for our daily visits to Cinque Terre. It was all easy to do with the best advice and help from the hotel staff. Valleria was our closest contact as she served as the front desk, the bartender, worked the dinning room in the evenings, she spoke English well and was truly caring and helpful in our quest to see the local surroundings. This is one hotel where upon your next stay your are more than likely to receive a welcoming hug rather than a simple welcome back. Thanks again for a wonderful stay. Steven Clay

Wunderbarer erholsamer aufenthalt in la vigna das hotel bietet alles, was man für einen gelungenen urlaub braucht. Die angestellten, sowie die inhaber waren außerordenglich zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und sehr herzlich. Sofort fühlte man sich wie zuhause! Man wurde sehr kompetent über mögliche ausflugsziele beraten sowie auch diverse hilfsmittel (karten, parkkarten, bustickets usw.) und informationen (öffnungszeiten, parkmöglichkeiten, gute restaurants) wurden gerne ausgehändigt. Das hotel war sehr sauber und das zimmer zwar klein, aber fein (modern, hell und freundlich). Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig, es war für jeden geschmack genügend dabei. Von frischen früchten über rührei und speck fand man alles an diesem grossen buffet.

Allting var helt okej, bodde där 1 natt. Poolen var bra, maten god. Största minuset var för att det fanns bara en person som kunde ta hand om utcheckningen, så det tog 30 min. Annars bra hotell.

Friendly welcoming hotel
The hotel is set on a hillside with views down the valley to the sea. You are met by warm welcoming staff with no long check in just the handing over of your key. The room was lovely and all coordinated and in excellent condition. Bathroom immaculate. There are lots of communal seating areas and the pool was cristal clear. There was a very good dinner meanu but most people were having the set meal and you could see why. It was extremely tasty and you could have as much or as little as you liked. They kept coming round to check if you wanted seconds all for just 25€. If you want a break or are going along the Italian coast this is a hotel to use.

Fabulous hotel, staff and service!
This is a fantastic hotel to stay at, and the really special thing about it is the family running it and their hearty, warm and honest service minded approach to everything you might ask. The view from the rooms and the dining hall was one of the other things that was also really great. We will definitely come back and stay at this hotel again!

Am schönsten ist, dass man sich bei Lidia und Valeria fühlt als würde man bei Freunden wohnen. Ruhige Lage, Meerblick, guter Ausgangspunkt für Touren in die Cinque Terre, sehr schöne Zimmer, sehr gutes Abendessen zu einem unschlagbaren Preis-LeistungsVerhältnis, tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Die vielen Stammgäste sprechen für sich.

Ett helt underbart hotell med en service utöver det vanliga. Stor frukost som är riktigt bra. Stora nyrenoverade rum. Ägarinnan hjälper dig med allt från tips till vart du bör åka till att ordna parkering vid stationen. Middagarna är fantastiska där du får välja mellan att äta en hel meny eller äta det du vill från ett urval av rätter. Hit kommer vi tillbaka!

Fantastisk familiedrevet hotell! Dette hotellet kan anbefales på det varmeste. Lite hotell, flotte rom. Betjeningen får deg i godt humør og er svært behjelpelige. Vil bodde på rom med og uten sjøutsikt, men er sjøutsikten er verdt ekstra kroner. Bør ha leiebil. Bestiller du her er det bare å glede seg!

What a delightful experience staying here. It has very modern excellent rooms in a beautiful setting. The family who operate the hotel are wonderful, they epitomize warm friendly service and made us so welcome. The dinners and breakfasts were excellent and reasonably priced. so glad I found this gem!

A gem of a hotel!
Sometimes, but really only sometimes do you chance upon a hotel where nothing is too much for the owners. Where you really feel they love what they are doing and where the guest comes first. Where you come as a stranger and leave as a friend..... This family-run hotel is truly a gem. It is located outside Moneglia with beautiful views. The rooms are spacious and all have balconies. The food is traditional regional food and very generous helpings. The breakfast buffet is amazing. All in all it was an unforgettable stay and we are already planning our next trip. This is the kind of hotel to which you want to return over and over again!
