대만족!!
숙소가 깔끔하고 좋았어요. 아침식사 조식포함이라 기대 안했는데 각종 요쿠르트와 오믈랫에 신선한 우유 그리고 커피까지 대 만족이었어요. 동네가 작아서 걸어서 15분 거리에 식당가와 기념품샵도 있어요.

For supposedly being "new," this hotel had a lot of issues. The swimming pool area literally smelled like urine, the pool water looked green. The hot tub timer doesn't work, the hotel staff has to let you into the swimming pool area because the key cards don't work on the swimming pool door. The staff keeps the pool open until midnight but the pool & hot tub heaters shut down at 9 p.m. The breakfast was excellent, though, I'll give them that. There were issues with the key cards. The plumbing is an issue, the hotel staff admitted it. The toilet plugged because the water pressure was poor. For a Holiday Inn Express & Suites and for the price, I was quite disappointed and felt ripped off.

The pull out couch is small. Would maybe fit two toddlers or just one teenager.

I didnt like how the staff at night jon called the cops on me for no apparent reason. Cops went up to our room and questioned why we were fighting. I was stunned by the question mind you i had my kids with us and no apparent reason to be fighting. Very uncomfortable and weird.

The stay could of been better if only the room has some sort of exhaust. The room was so stiffling, it was hard to breathe and the place needs major construction and update. There was no air, no usb charging port anywhere and the bathroom was poorly painted/fix. The toilet paper was also half used, cant imagine where my money went.. i would of left if the front desk lady wasnt nice.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub was freezing they said the thermostat was broken. The door was also not working they had to let us in. The pool towels were gone but front desk was awesome and brought us some to use.

Close to GC railway but won't be back.
Close the the Grand Canyon railroad was the biggest plus. At first the hotel seemed ok. Relatively clean but there was hair on the shower wall, some coffee stains on the bed spread, and a presumably used bindi on the bathroom counter. The beds were hard which I can deal with but pillows were horrible. Then came the noise. We were in the second floor and I feel like I could hear everything happening the third floor rooms above. Our sleep here was miserable and I would not return.

Perfect location!
Our stay was good. The desk was friendly and helpful! Location was perfect for the polar express, the reason for our visit. The only thing was the beds are terrible. Like, so bad. It felt like we were sleeping on box springs.

Hotels.com descriptions don't match reality
When booking, the hotels.com website indicated that there were two beds in the house, and at the same time, it could accommodate four people.However, in reality, it was just two beds, with no amenities such as a couch that could accommodate another two people.I reacted to this with the front desk, who confirmed that it was a problem with hotels.com, but there was nothing the front desk could do.

Expedia messed up our 2 room reservation, the Holiday Inn clerk went above and beyond to get us a 2nd room and to get the rooms close together so we could be near our kids.

I’ve been to other properties and this one was a bit untidy. The carpet was heavily stained (it snows so it’s understandable). Walls had smudges. Staff was ok, heard them use profanity when talking amongst themselves but obviously not to discreet because I was across the hall when I heard them.

The property was neat and clean. The shower floor in rm 123 needs to be bleached and the chair in the room had visible stains on it. Bed were fine. The breakfast was good, but eggs were not hot, just lukewarm. Liz at the front desk was professional, helpful and friendly.
