Dear Madame, WE are very sorry You Did not en joy your stay with us. Sincerely we accept Some of your remarks, as The one regarding the pos machine not working and the running out of a specific Kind of bread on your last day of stay and apologize for that. We can't really understand the ones regarding the number of people of the staff (One person for a party of 4 people is absolutely ok in my opinion) and the breakfast offer. Bread, jam, butter, Nutella, croissant, ham and cheese, cereals, yogurt , fruit juice and fresh fruit, coffe, cappuccino and tea. This is our standard offer. If it happened eventually that in one of your 4 days stay any of the above mentioned items was missing, I apologize, but I don't agre with your definition of "sobre and monotono". BEST Regards. Ciro

Hello Maria and thanks for your enthusiastic review. We make it a point to be always available for guests, even if we are not physically there at the moment. Regarding the little noise from the street, actually this is our next improvement to the hotel, we plan to change the windows next winter to install better sound and temperature proof ones. Good morning Sir. I am glad that you liked the hotel and I am sorry for the inconvenience of changing hotel after 2 days. I have to confirm that, unfortunately, overbooking does happen at times, for a number of reason, and I understand your discomfort: I apologize again. Then I'd like to say that we wrote to you immediately that you only replied after 10 days, that we managed to find an alternative accommodation despite the total lack of rooms for the high season, that we provided a very nice and charming (and expensive) mini flat nearby for you and your family, that we took care of moving you and your luggage there, that we offered a round trip shuttle service from and to the airport, that we didn't collect the city tax. I am perfectly aware how disappointing the situation was, I am really sorry; but we did our best to assist you. Kind regards.
