Positives: Our room was beautiful with a great view of the beach and sea. The food was good. Negatives: We stayed at the resort 6 nights, of which weddings took place on 3 days over that period, taking over the resort. The resort isn’t really big enough to host both weddings and normal guests in its grounds. The general service level was quite poor. The staff are friendly and welcoming but lack a degree of competence. Examples would be: orders from the bar/restaurant either taking a long time or not coming at all, tables not cleared and information communicated to the front desk not registered or ignored.

Excellent customer service! Not too close to the other stations that have tons of traffic. Really felt like we were on a secluded part of the island. Highly recommend it! Breakfast buffet and massages were awesome!

the best hotel i’ve ever been. the staff are very courteous, the breakfast buffet selection are so many and very delicious. they clean our room 2-3 times a day after staying at the lind for 6days and 5 nights. the location is very convenient close to d’mall and other establishments. great service of picking us up and dropping us off at the airport. we love the view at the infinity pool. my fiancé love using their gym. the best hotel ever and i will keep on coming back.

Overall great. The Christmas holidays are crazy busy, and they managed pretty well all things considered. Maybe understaffed, especially in the restaurants. Beach Room and its view were great. The location is pretty good, an odd walk through a tunnel to the street. Easy walk up the beach to the right to other hotels and restaurants.

The staff were all friendly, we were always greeted each time we run into a staff. Courteous bell boys and housekeepers. Transportation through the Lind concierge was fast. Clean restaurant and great food set up.

We enjoyed our stay in the property. The facility is clean, well maintained, the staff is friendly. The gym is clean, the pools are amazing especially the rooftop infinity pool for relaxation and just to chill and be amazed by this beautiful island paradise. Overall, it is an excellent choice.

Hotel has so much potential as the backdrop for a relaxing vacation. It is a top notch facility- beautiful, well maintained, great location, it even offers unexpected delights like serving lemonade while waiting to check in. But you just can’t quite relax at this hotel due to the rigid guest rules (for example hotel has a no guests policy for the pools even if they are willing to pay a fee and sign a waiver), and the staff pressures you if you arrive at 2:01pm for a 2:00 pm shuttle to the airport (even if you arrive so early you end up waiting at the airport for two hours before your flight). Also the basics are missed everywhere: no secondary privacy locks on the hotel room doors, sanitizer at the elevator but none at the serve yourself breakfast buffet that has no bathrooms or sinks nearby to wash your hands, a consistent lack of available clean towels next to both of the pools across two days, someone mopping the lobby yet no place to wipe your feet when coming in from outside rainy rooftop deck areas, resulting in dangerous (slippery) and messy conditions when walking on front lobby tiles. On multiple occasions it took over 40 minutes to fill a basic food drink order, and served my burger to a different table. In the middle of lightning rainstorm they didn’t even clear the rooftop pool of visitors to keep them safe (I observed this from my room). No convenience store, no outside food allowed, even from local restaurants! not somewhere I’ll stay again.

The Lynd Boracay has very nice ambiance and has good customer service. Very friendly and helpful staff. The Bathroom in our Room47 gets flooded when showering with water all over the floor.

From pick up from the airport through the whole stay and check out was a wonderful experience. The staff are amazing! We had our massages daily during our stay That was great! I would like to recognize all the staff for job well done, especially Fed Fernando, Darwin,and the rest of his team. Great job overall by general manager Zsolt and his team. The hotel is prestine and spotless. We can't wait to go back!!!

My third trip to Boracay. The Lind is a nice hotel and I would stay there again. I had a lovely view in a beachfront room. The White Sand Beach is gorgeous. The pools are very nice. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Transfers from Caticlan airport were efficient. Food and wine were acceptable but nothing special. I generally don’t find servers to be particularly attentive in The Philippines. Be patient and politely raise your hand if you need something.

I will not stay here again. The hotel itself is beautiful and the staff were amazing. That said, I find it unacceptable that wedding events are held on the beach directly next to your premium rooms. My stay was not cheap - so to experience intrusively loud music and wedding hosting from 7pm up until 10pm was extremely disappointing. When I shared this feedback I was told I should read the terms and conditions where it advises this is possible. The staff told me there are 20 weddings per month during summer season so I expect this kind of experience is hard to avoid. It’s a shame - the hotel is great. Never again.

We booked a room with a private pool and was not happy about it since it lacks privacy . The surroundings looks unsafe with small bamboo trees as fence and other guests and staff can see us through. Guests on other floors can spit or even throw trash on us, worst while we are eating & drinking wine. Its also not safe to is if ever other guests from higher floors will accidentally drop any of their belongings like their wet clothes that they hung at their balcony. Considering the big difference in the amount of our room from a regular one, it was not really worth it. Events was also a problem aside from we were cramped to use the beach front due to a wedding function, we were not also permitted to use their infinity pool on the top floor due to an event too. Even music was really loud. You can really hear the emcee from our room. Early morning when you still wanted to sleep more but loud music was already played from their alfresco. It was not really a pleasant stay at all as I expected it would be. I really wanted it to be special since it was my husband birthday but we left with a heavy heart.

The staff were very accommodating & even sent a nurse to our room when we started to feel unwell after dining from another restaurant which didn't belong to them. We had the prime location, which was right in front of the white sandy beach & nothing to fault with their services. Would definitely go back. One of the best or the best hotel in the area, without a doubt!

The hotel location and the size and design of the building is great, maintenance could be better, especially on the interiors of the rooms. Further small things like an empty minibar, barely working nespresso machine and the refillable bathsoap and shampoo are not aligned with expectations in this segment.

Worthwhile 5-star experience
LOCATION - One of the main reasons why we chose The Lind was because it's a beachfront property. The hotel boasts one of the widest beachfronts in Station 1, with tons of lounging chairs for guests. One downside is that it is a bit far from d'Mall and restaurants, so you'll need to do a bit of walking or take advantage of the hotel's shuttle service (when available). ROOM - We booked the Garden Room w/ Pool and it was definitely one of the larger hotel rooms we've been in. I do wish the pool area was a bit more private, as it is quite easy for other guests to just look in through the bamboo. The room was very comfortable, and clean overall. Spent a lot of time in our room, so this was all very important. We did have a problem with our fridge and realized it was wouldn't get cold enough even after leaving a bottle of water overnight. We had to request for a bucket of ice every time we wanted a cold glass of water, which was a bit inconvenient. SERVICE - Staff were very helpful and provided great service. Particularly the staff at the Crust, who were all very friendly and attentive-- we felt very well taken care of. (Shout out to Ms. Jocelyn!). Overall, we loved our stay at The Lind. Prices are a bit too high considering what you're getting compared to other cheaper hotels we've stayed at in Boracay, but still worth trying it out!
