This hotel was closed, no one there ever to check us in. No one answered the phone but is still allowing people to make reservations. Absolutely filthy grounds.

I was there in 8/20/21. I booked for 2 nights. There was and still has been a raging wild fire at the time. I wanted to cancel the booking but I could not because it passed the cancellation date (8/17/21). I finally got to the hotel on the 20th because I did not want to waste my money. However, the air quality was and still has been hazardous, so due to my mom’ health concerns, we had to leave the next morning. I talked to the front desk man if we could get the refund for the second night. He told me to contact Expedia. I called Expedia in that evening, the agent was nice and he said Expedia approved for the refund. He also called the hotel to tell them about that, but the front desk did not answer. He even left a voice message for them. Next morning, we left the hotel and the area first thing because the air quality is getting even worse. I stopped by front desk, but they were not there. I called the hotel later afternoon for 4 times at various time, but no one picked up. I also left the voice message. I understand that I may not get refunded. But, a word from the hotel would be nice rather than being treated with silence. Super disappointed with customer service. Will never stay there again.

DO NOT STAY HERE ITS NOT SAFE!
BEWARE!! Apsolutly horrible and disgusting, we left immediately and the owner said he was gonna give a refund and never did. Very horrible and smelly and sticky sheets were not clean and floor smelt like mold!!! Beware!!

Disappointing stay.
The place was a dump The accommodations were in poor repair the walls was dingy and crack bathroom shower handles was missing screws and falling off. The carpet in my room was filthy.

The bedding and pillows were high hotel quality. The place is i. between remodeling. They were short staffed. But its fine if youre busy all day and need a place to sleep. Plentiful parking. Wifi works at this place compared to other places that says free and doesnt work.

The property is in terrible condition. Not up kept at all. The electrical plugs did not work. Not enough towels for guess. The continental breakfast was never to be had. I will never stay at the property again nor recommend.

Awful, dirty, disgusting, sketchy people on the property, advertises breakfast there was nothing, no room service for room cleaning, no towels , room was not serviced. Had to ask for towels both days. Scary people around the property. Bug crawled across bed. Room smelled awful. Will never stay again!

I was very surprised Expedia had this kind of property as a hotel option. The property was dirty both outside and inside the room. I did not feel safe staying there but we had limited options on finding another hotel on a busy weekend.

This is a terrible place to stay. I believe the residents that stay there take turns manning the office. You always have to use a phone outside the door to get help. I had to call the police while staying there for domestic violence on the next door neighbor. The location was great but the motel quality seemed like I was in the worst part of town. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

They had only two person working in a very busy day. The same person who was working in the front desk, was the same guy who was housekeeping. He is a hard worker but the property have no condition to stay open in busy days.

I did not even stay here I got out of the car and walked to the room and that’s all it took for me to feel unsafe staying there. There was several people that were on drugs staying there full time. Many busted up cars partially taken apart in the parking lot. I would never recommend stay here if you have a family.

Well we can say this the room that we stayed in the door needs a bottom trim because the gap between the bottom of the door and the floor itself is so big that a regular size rat can fit underneath it

Nasty had to wait a day to get towels. I got a non smoking and cigarettes were everywhere it was disgusting and there was mold above the shower in the shower did it turn off completely

Llegamos a las 12 am y no había nadie en recepción, marcamos al número que decía en un papel y el señor se molestó porque lo despertamos!!! Aproximadamente media hora en ser atendidos. Cero amabilidad, cero cortesía. El lugar da miedo, la verdad no pudimos descansar por estar pensando que alguien nos abriría el coche o intentaría entrar al cuarto… hay personas que viven literalmente en ese hotel y se la pasan afuera merodeando. El cuarto sucio por todos lados. Paredes manchadas, alfombra horrible. Lo peor fue el baño porque estaba la regadera tapada…avisamos para que lo arreglaran y tardaron horas!!! Tuvimos que buscar al señor porque no iba y en recepción no hacían nada. No supe si daban desayuno o no porque obviamente no me iba a ir ni a asomar siquiera. Ya no había nada disponible para cambiarnos de hotel, lamentablemente ese fin de semana estuvo muy concurrido y nos tuvimos que aguantar. Lamento mucho haber llevado a mi familia a ese lugar y exponerlos de esa manera.

Waste of money and not safe
The hotel had stains in the bathroom and shower, the water when showering got super hot then super cold. I was constantly adjusting which was very bothersome. There was a few bugs in the room, the front door had tape on it to keep the cold and critters out. Which didn't work well. You could hear everything from crying kids that were not happy to the neighbors talking. Over all this was not worth the stay or the money we paid. We didn't feel safe staying there.

I went to check in at 5 pm and there was no one in the office. No one answered the phone or the referral phone number to call for emergencies. There were vagrants hanging out in the parking lot. As a single woman, I did not feel safe for myself or my property in my car. I went to find another hotel room. I NEED TO PURSUE A REFUND DUE TO NOONE BEING AVAILABLE AT THE OFFICE CAUSING ME TO SEEK ANOTHER HOTEL. PLEASE ADVISE!!!!!

The low price is not enough to make up for the unkept property. The hotel is near good food which helps. Not a good vibe for families. We will not be going here again.

It was BAD!!! Not clean, broken bathroom door did not shut, leaking facets, people doing drugs outside, a pit bull greeted us with a not so friendly hello in a hotel that is not supposed to have pets!! Garbage everywhere. Bodley function Stains on the sheets. No towels to take a shower!!! The door keys that they gave me did not work!!! Broken concrete walkways are a trip hazard. The rooms stunk like musty smoke that permeated our clothes and hair. The hotel staff was no where to be found to even ask for a different room or a refund!!! Very over priced!!!

Please don't ever book this hotel. The customer service is horrible. No cold water, nothing worked. Lobby is locked, you need to call their number and wait for someone to show up. The front desk guy was rude! Do yourself a favor, stay away from this hotel. I've read their bad review, just bc we booked last minute and only this one still had room available, i lived with regret!

Definitely not how it is advertised the bes almost uo to the tub and there was no hot water to fill.the jacuzzi tub it has cracks around the outside if it there is no front person so no one to even call to complain to about the hot water for the tub the young man who checked us in wasnt very personable do to being in a hurry the room lookes old ans out dated Definitely not worth rhe money i paid for it the shower door didnt close all the way and rhe hot water to take a shower waa just warm ans got cold fast not a happy stay at all

Sunray Hotel is a highway motel in need of repair and maintenance. The price and location are convenient. However, the light and TV fixtures were unstable and wobbly, the power cords unplugged and difficult to find outlets for, the outlet plates were coming off the walls, there was brown splatter opposite the toilet that I wiped off because I was disgusted, and there was no hand towel rack, wifi, or coffee/tea setup. The outside building had water leaks and broken floor tiles. The office is closed. You have to call to get service.

Great location, cute honeymoon suite. I booked this room for the spa tub.. unfortunately it didnt work, bummer. Shower nobs were close to broken; couldnt get the cold water on the first night. Shower head also sprayed at the wall from hookup. You can tell people live out of this place. With a few updates this place can be really great! Bed was nice..
