When I arrived at the resort, They made a reservation mistake. So I spent one day in a different room than the one I booked. But it is not matter. Because they were very kind.So I did not feel any inconvenience in staying at the resort and had the best holiday.

친절하고, 객실도 깔끔하고, 조식이 괜찮습니다. 일요일엔 립도 나왔습니다. 사무이에서 제일 번화한 차웽비치 끝부분에 위치해 해변으로든 도로로든 걸어서 중심가로 갈 수 있습니다. 주위에 마싸지샆, 빨래방, 렌트카도 있어서 편리하게 이용할 수 있습니다.

차웽 비치 북쪽에 위치해있어서 공항과 가까웠습니다. 리조트와 연결되어 있는 올리비아 레스토랑과 그 앞 비치는 정말 아름다웠습니다. 차웽 남쪽 바다보다 훨씬 이뻐서 그것만으로도 만족했습니다. 차웽 시내까지는 200바트에 갈 수 있어서 편했고, 리조트도 오래된 부분 외에는 나름 만족스러웠습니다. 가격대비 비싼 리조트보다 좋았던 것 같습니다.

Right around the corner, they have a family based restaurant, they too are so attentive and very friendly. Highly recommend staying here. I promise you won’t regret it. 😻

Another fantastic stay at the Baan Haad, they are constantly renovating the resort and its rooms so everything always looks so fresh and modern when we come each year. The staff are fabulous and the restaurant is lovely. For us, there’s no reason to look at anywhere else to stay in Samui.

Check-in was very smooth, the staff were kind and attentive which made our arrival pleasant. We had two adjoining rooms on the top floor, which was a great location for one night before an early morning flight. However, there were some issues with the opening of the doors between the two rooms but eventually it was solved and we were given keys to our respective sides. The room was mostly very clean and nice. Balcony doors did not close properly (gaps between doors) but locked so it was ok. For a longer term stay it could’ve been a tad annoying. Beds were clean and comfortable albeit a bit too soft for my liking but this could’ve been solved by asking for the mattress topper to be removed - I am certain that it wouldn’t have been a problem at all. Plenty of towels, appropriate amenities and sufficient amount of water was provided. The only small criticisms about the room were a pair of dirty socks underneath the bathroom sink in a corner, perhaps not noticed when cleaning, and that between the doors that connect the two rooms had not been cleaned in a long time resulting to quite a bit of dust. I found the room a bit noisy in the evening as people walking around were talking loud but this wasn’t a problem at night. Previously I stayed in one of the villas and that was very quiet. Overall, pleasant and refreshing stay with smooth ride to airport. Would return.

We stayed 5 nights in the beach front villa. It was superb experience in every aspect. Room was newly renovated and very clean few steps from the main pool and the restaurant. Highly recommended.

Totalt veldig fornøyde med oppholdet. Eneste minus var at vi reiste med baby og kun hadde et rom hvor man ikke kunne velge hvilke lys man ville ha av/på når han skulle legge seg, så alle måtte være av. Vi hadde en pool view leilighet med mange trapper. Men det gikk fint å løfte vogn opp og ned og trille rundt på stedet. Selv om vi ideelt sett ikke skulle hatt «toppleilighet» var det verdt det med den utsikten! Veldig bra restaurant med høy kvalitet på hotellet også.

Great hotel in quiet location
Overall the 11 day stay here was excellent. The rooms were large , clean with great bathroom facilities and a good aircon system. Staff were very friendly dnd helpfull although room service was a bit hit and miss at times. Only ate in the restaurant at lunch but have to say the food was very good. One thing to bear in mind is that whilst the pool was nice there were at times limited sunbeds snd where the hotel is located there is only a sliver of beach is visible at low tide. All in all a very enjoyable stay which was only slightly marred on the last few days when several families arrived with a lot of children and they took over round the pool with a lot of shouting , from both kids and adults

Bra boende och super trevlig personal. Dock pågick det mycket renoveringar under våran vistelse vilket var väldigt högljutt. Man hörde även väldigt mycket bilar och mopeder utifrån in till rummet.

Great vacation
Great location, a bit noisy since a lot of renovation was ongoing. Our first choice Villa was under renovation so we got upgraded to a better Villa. Breakfast was fantaatic. Only negative part was when the sealevel was high you couldn't walk on the veach to the main beach area. Great drinks and happy hour twice a day.

Stayed twice for one night each going to and from Thailand. Excellent value for money. Airport transfer top notch. Has a small gym. Staff friendly. Very new and clean rooms. Only negative is lots of renovations and in second room was zero water pressure for shower on first night (was better again in morning). Maybe water outage.

This place is beautiful and right next to the ocean. Breakfast was included with our stay and was beyond what I expected. Each morning you can eat right next to the ocean. The service was also amazing and the greeted us with a welcome drink and carmels. It’s pretty close to Chaweng beach and there is the taxis that drive by constantly if you don’t want to walk. The room was also spotless and they cleaned our room everyday and left us new water bottles to drink.

Old property. Bathroom shower fixture was barely hanging on the wall and when I turned on the water it basically fell off and swung to the left. I would definitely not recommend unless you're on an extremely tight budget. Only reason I stayed was that I was getting in late and leaving for Koh Tao in the morning and the reviews were "pretty good" not sure who wrote those.

Bestilte en sitte på 120 kvm med sjøutsikt. Ved innsjekk viste det seg at denne var kun 60 kvm og ikke hadde noe særlig utsikt til sjøen. Etter masse styr fikk vi pengene tilbake for suiten og aksepterte et vanlig rom. Dårlig utvalg til frokost og ganske slitte rom men stedet var fint. Restaurant og svømmebasseng var helt topp.

Hotel is lovely and clean. There was some construction/renovations of the room we were meant to be in, so we were upgraded to the family villa. Private pool was great as the main pool closes at 7pm. Breakfast was extensive, clean and hot. Location is out of the way of the main strip. About 50baht per person tut tut to the main strip. Hotel is helpful at booking scooters and tours.
