This property is very outdated and needs lots of work! Everything is very old and things need replacing and repair. Max at the front desk is AWESOME!! Very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was very mediocre. Will stay somewhere else next time I’m in Goldsboro.

It was an excellent hotel... Parking got crowded but it was expected becuz they always seemed to have a full house... ! Definitely coming back next visit!!!

I think the carpet should be clean all through hotel especially in hallways my key did not work I had to go down to the front desk four different times before my entry the phone outside the elevator didn’t work other than that everything is good. I love the marriott.

Nothing is stocked on arrival. Snarky staff who seem annoyed at life. If they double charge you, you have to wait a week for manager to come back in to get your money back. There’s no supervisor or customer service to fix things… just have to wait until manager gets back from vacation.

We arrived late and the front desk person was doing rounds and didnt realize we were there. This property needs a better system in place for times like this. However he was AWESOME when he returned! We would stay here again. Its so clean fresh.

Big suite, great staff, ok food
In town for a wedding and needed a suite for our family of 5. The suite had two separate bedrooms with queen beds & tvs, living area with pull out full size mattress and kitchenette. Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Fit and finish if room was a little worn, but clean. Exercise room was great. Continental breakfast was good the weekend morning as the waffle makers were out, but so-so on the weekday with no waffles. There were two other egg/ sausage options, but not much else- oatmeal, English muffins, and toast. Looks like there were bagels, but only if you got up early. Overall a very good stay and would stay there again.

The staff was extremely friendly and our room was great. The air filters in the AC were super clean and we didn’t hear any highway noise. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast was adequate and with plenty of seating. Wish they would have had at least one dairy free milk option instead of three different cow milk varieties.

i enjoyed my stay, i was on the first floor. My only complaint is that it was a bit noisy after 9:00p.m, and you could hear kids running around up on second floor.

The suite was very nice but the carpet leading to the bathroom was ripped. The curtains to the window in one of the bedrooms was torn. One of the elevators was out of order. The breakfast was extremely limited.
