I'm sorry you had a bad experience. We typically are rated very high and want to ensure every one of our guests has a great experience with us. Our ground floor suites all have large decks and only a very few upper floor suites do not have large balconies as well. We could have upgraded to a larger balcony deck at no cost if we had known this was an issue. All our suites have King beds with the highest quality threadcount sheets and pillow covers. So when you say there was no blanket I assume you mean that the duvet cover was not on the bed. Most of our guests take this off and throw it on the floor so we have started to fold up the duvets and place them in the drawer next to the bed. Sorry if you were not informed about that. Our restaurant is typically an amazing seafood and steak experience so we are very surprised to hear that you felt that the food was bad. We are known as one of the top quality and service restaurants in the country and have won awards for the same. I would invite you to give us another chance as I would like to have the opportunity to prove how incredible our piece of paradise can be.

We are very sorry you had that experience. Our staff are usually praised for their excellent service and know better than to question whether you had reservations. We have learned from this that sometimes Expedia reservations go into spam and have corrected that. The resort does have a simple massage spa that can be booked at the front desk and you have access to when you are here. So it is likely the reception didn't understand your question. And we certainly can offer baby-sitting services so again I apologize if you were told we do not. It almost sounds like you spoke to someone that doesn't work at the resort! But if these responses were given by our employees I assure you it will not happen again. Hopefully next time you will have a more enjoyable time here. If you contact us I'd be happy to arrange red carpet treatment for your next stay. Thank you.

Thank you for your compliments. We strive to deliver the best experience possible. With regards to your issues, we apologize for the road being under construction but soon hope to have one of the best and newest roads in all of the country. We are the closest beachfront resort to the airport and have had 98% of the road replaced in the last two years. We have only a few short kilometers left to finish. Of course during the dry season the road is just fine, but with your visit being in October sometimes the rain can really impact the parts that are still under construction. The condo's do have beautiful kitchens yes and I apologize if our staff didn't offer you our grocery service. For a very small fee we will do your grocery shopping for you if you are staying for an extended vacation. Also, the nearby towns of Masachapa and San Rafael have well equipped grocery stores and they are much closer than an hour away. As well, we try to stock the basic needed goods in our convenience store on site but realize that for regular grocery shopping you would either need to have our staff do it for you or take a scenic trip to one of the nearby villages for groceries.

Thank you for the compliments and I'd like to explain a little about your other issues. The road continues to be worked on and is very nearly completed and we do our best to keep it in as good condition as possible during the wet season. I'm sorry you were not told about our Tortuga Beach which is just a few seconds of a walk from the condos. It is a beautiful protected area directly in front of our #4 golf green that juts out over the beach. It has a natural break water and beautiful sand and is safe for swimming. Our staff should have let you know that and I apologize. We also have recently opened up the Beach Bar for dancing, music trivia, etc. and with that and slip and sliding for the kids, the beach horseback riding, bike rentals, boogie board rentals, etc we continue to add more things to do all the time. But yes, we aren't Vegas and we are more into the relaxed vibes than a busy nightlife. I hope you give us another try and enjoy the beach bar and other activities!

We are glad you had an enjoyable time! I'm sorry our staff did not tell you about our beautiful Tortuga Beach very close to the hotel. It is only a minute walk from the hotel and in a protected area with beautiful sand right beside the tidal pool reef that has colorful fish and thousands of seashells. You do not need a car to go to it, you can walk in less than a minute. Again, I apologize if our staff misinformed you. They are supposed to explain how close you are to a swimming paradise when you check in!
