I arrived and there was no one at front desk I was tired and had to wait 15 min for someone after i knocked on doors looking for someone finally someone came out and was upset because I probably interrupted his break. The parking was hoping activity people in and out there were people talking all over the hallway. Carpet was dirty and bathroom needs update pillows were stained.

Bed bugs in first room and black mold. Ceiling had mold and water damage. The night clerk did let us change rooms but first he was a liitle hesitant. The second room still had black mold in the tub grout area. Sone of the lower wall looked to have water damage. Still felt bedbugs but not as hwaby as first room.

The staff was absolutely amazing. The check in process was easy and convenient. However, on day of check out I found two cockroaches one by the sink near the bathroom and the other on the floor near the bed.

The room I was in was decent, I would have liked to stay, but a man kept trying to get into my room a total of three times. The second time he came back I saw him through the peep-hole and sure enough he tried my door again, then tried the other two rooms in front of mine. Once he “left” I went downstairs to tell the receptionist and she said she would send someone to walk the halls. I waited…I was freaking out worried for my life, when he came back a third time I about had it and knew this was an unsafe situation. I decided to record myself leaving the room and I got him on camera walking past my room again and he HID BY THE ELEVATOR pretending to be on his phone. Man is white, about 5’7 or 5’8” has a left lower forearm sleeve tattoo that’s black. Last seen wearing an orange shirt and bright blue shorts with white/blue shoes. I hope to god no one got hurt, I reported him twice to the lady at the desk with the dyed red hair. I was so scared leaving that hotel, I wish I could have stayed but my life is more important to me.

Abandoné el Hotel porque no me sentí bien. Pasillos con mal olor. Muebles en la habitación con bordes dañados, televisor, con mal aspecto, poca limpieza en general principalmente en el baño. El hotel no corresponde al precio que pagué.
