Hello Anonymous, Thank you for your review. While it's not true that we do not have maid service for 3 days as you claimed, we would like to address this issue in a reasonable manner that will give us the chance to be heard of. We do have housekeeping staff to do service to guests. It's with a big regret that you didn't take time to ask any of the staff for replacement of your towels when you need to do so. We have a round the clock staff to serve the needs of the guest when there is any request and hotel policy to follow. And for 3 days that your towels were not replaced at all was such in a ridiculous situation. Foremost in Tinhat is our exceptional and highly personalised service and amenities that we are known for that keep us ahead of any hospitality service and value for money in the city. It is just so sad that you did not give us the chance to correct the fault as you claimed while you were in the premises by calling our attention to address any problem the you may have in an appropriate manner. We always have an open communication to our valued guests directly through the reception staff and in-room telephone by informing or reporting us any thing that you need and service that you want to address of. Appreciated your comment and hope to be given a chance again to serve you better.
