Gentile ospite; ringraziandola di cuore per la Sua recensione, sono dispiaciuto che il soggiorno presso il nostro residence-hotel "Studio Inn Centrale" di Milano non abbia soddisfatto al massimo le Sue aspettative; tuttavia è doveroso fare alcune precisazioni: in primo luogo, la nostra password -per ovvie ragioni di sicurezza- cambia frequentemente, di conseguenza abbiamo deciso di non sprecare ogni volta ingenti quantità di carta per stamparla e redistribuirla in tutte le stanze (ed è una decisione di cui, nel rispetto dell'ambiente, non ci pentiamo affatto), la password del wi-fi è perfettamente visibile sul banco della reception o basta semplicemente richiederla contattando il front-desk dalla camera; in merito alla Sua seconda prenotazione (fatta al momento del check-in) è stato Lei stesso che ha preferito effettuarla autonomamente dal portale (ragion per cui non ci possiamo ritenere responsabili di una Sua svista nel non essersi accorto che la prima colazione non era inclusa), tuttavia -malgrado ciò- Le abbiamo comunque scontato il prezzo della stessa facendogliela pagare esattamente la metà (€ 7,00 anziché € 15,00), sperando di fare cosa a Lei gradita. Pur non avendo una caffettiera in stanza (accessorio che di certo non è previsto obbligatoriamente in tutte le strutture ricettive), Lei ha avuto a Sua disposizione un bollitore (gratuito) con tutto l'occorrente per prepararsi un tè, un Nescafè o una camomilla. Infine, se sapessimo a quale albergo di Bergamo Lei si riferisce, saremmo lieti di prendere in considerazione il paragone per migliorarci e offrire un servizio sempre migliore.
