Claire, our apologies about this stay. It seems that we missed the mark on our usual service to our guests. We are in the process of getting a renovation to the hotel that will be completed in the fall of 2023. I hope this will improve many of the things that you stated were an issue. As for the service of the room, I will use this as a training point for my housekeepers so that we may improve. I did try to message you back when you posted a little after check in but I got no response. And when I asked you in person if you were enjoying the room you said that you were fine. Had I known you were still uncomfortable with the room I would have moved you. We do have accessible rooms that have grab bars in the bathrooms.
