Amazing rooms, in a great location. Outside noise comes through the windows all night long, and the heater in the room sounds like someone’s trying to break in, but other than those the hotel is very nice! Would definitely stay again

Pretty close walk to anywhere to do anything and pick from a lot of restaurants and bars walking distance... hotel it self is very rasy to navigate and room was very clean and welcoming.... huge room and surprisingly big bathroom... really nice property

Staff was very friendly. Room and amenities were great. Had Oggies for breakfast/room service and it was delicious!

Great Hotel in downtown Milwaukee
We came from AZ for the Harley Davidson festival. The Metro was a perfect location near Veteran’s Park. The associates at the Hotel were super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Arika at the front desk helped me get my Harley event tickets printed from my email. She was super friendly, has a great smile/personality and I was so happy the next morning when she was working so we could let her know how much we appreciated her.

Great room to stay and work in with cool Art Deco touches. Rooftop experience and staff across the house were great. Smooth parking experience. I'd stay again for sure.

The suite was very modern and clean. The staff was very professional and courteous including valet service. I arrived late so I didn't get to use the on site bar but the mini bar was fully stocked.

The hotel was a renovated older building. I liked the mixture of the new and the old. Very classy upsacle with everything you need. They have a lot of nice restaurants within walking distance. Great stay!

Only stayed one night for business, but the rooms were big, clean, nicely decorated. Area felt safe, my coworker and I walked around in the evening and felt comfortable. Close to the river walk and shops.

The room was spacious and quite well appointed. Casting to TV worked great. The bathroom toliet, in 305 is oriented quite inconveniently if not, incorrectly. Smoke detector has a bright blinking green light, somewhat distracting when going to sleep.

AC did not work. Room was 78 degrees even though set on 65. Tried front desk - no answer. $300 night for the room. Unacceptable.

I liked the color selection compared to when I stayed there a few years back. However, the food service and limited ordering in restaurant. Staff unwilling to answer questions etc. not a great experience......

Well don't stay in room 300 at least. They have an old furnace and it aounds like someone is banging pipes with a wrench at at all hours of the day and night. Literally horrible sleep.

I picked a window view room and was told they don't have a window view for the bed selection I picked it actually looks at a parking lot. The only reason I picked this hotel.

Beautiful spacious room, clean. Restaurant closed, no room service, no mini bar, no vending machines, most nearby restaurants closed. Attendant went to the employee only area and got me a can of coke. Other than that, water only.

The hotel room itself was very nice and the hotel lobby and restaurant were visually pleasing. My only issue is that when we checked in, it was never mentioned to us that you needed to request housekeeping in order to get your room cleaned/new towels. So we came home from a long day to an unclean room and when we approached the individual who checked us in, there was never an apology. I completely understand the need to request during covid, but information should have been provided during check in, on a card in the room or emailed to us. Lastly, the room had a radiator that made an incredibly loud banging noise. All in all, we had a great stay, but I wouldn't jump to stay here again next time we're in Milwaukee.
