Good afternoon Dennis first I would like to apologize for the inconvenience you had during your stay. We are working to get the ice machines up and running but we have not be able to get the parts needed to get them running correctly. Some of the channels were not available due to their dispute with direct tv. I know that we strive to give our guest the best experience possible and we did not provide that for you. Again my apologies that we did not make your stay you have come accustomed to.

We appreciate the great feedback. I do apologize that the A/C was loud we will defiantly look into the issue with the noise. Again i do apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused
