Right next to a very loud highway, hard to sleep with the noise. Sitting on our room patio wasn’t an option due to the noise as well. We couldn’t hear each other speak. Nowhere near enough loungers or chairs on pool deck. If you aren’t there, waiting in line at 8am, you have no seat all day. Pool definitely beautiful and very large. Waterfall was nice as well. Staff were very nice and helpful.

The bed was uncomfortable. No shampoo/conditioner and/or lotion (was told to purchase; which is fine, but fair warning would have been nice). The staff are not people friendly; Was TRICKED, (yes I said tricked) to participate in a timeshare presentation which lasted 2 hours.

This place is horrible had to get new keys cards at least 3 times per day, mattresses are the worst old cheap and just horrible had to walk a 1/4 mile to get our own fresh towels the place is just run down not worth the money at all

My family and I visited Thanksgiving weekend. Staff was great and friendly. Parking was ample. There were laundry facilities throughout each floor but we did not use them. The pool was the best part. My 2.5 year old son loved the dedicated kiddy pool. I do wish there was more food and drink on the property but the gift shop was decent for lunch options. The rooms were spacious and I enjoyed cooking breakfast watching the cars go by on our balcony. We would visit again!

Outdated, decor, water knobs for the tub we’re old and hard to turn. German roaches everywhere to which I called to complain but roaches continued. Just a very basic, blah Hotel.

I checked in late gave us a room furthest from the pool. No view. Room was dirty on arrival. Door would not open several Times. Broken furniture. Gardeners arrive early every day blowing outside too noisy can’t sleep in. But everything else was great .

The staff were friendly and helpful. The gardens and pool area was immaculately maintained. The decor and furnishings in the block I stayed in was tired and dated. If you wanted a sun lounger in the pool area one had to queue from 7am until the pool opened at 8am to have any chance of getting one. Quite outrageous that people ‘reserved’ seats even though they left to come back later. Never seen it happen in the US.

Everyone st the property is very helpful, patient and accommodating. I enjoyed the care they took to make their guests feel welcomed. I would DEFINATELY return back again!

We had to get another room because it smelled musty and the next room they put us in the floors were not cleaned and maintenance came and mopped them. The to get clean towels you had to bring your dirty towels to another building across from our building to get them and if you wanted toilet paper the same building.

We had a room in Osprey Building, both A&B units. Room was very clean, beds very comfortable, layout of rooms were excellent and we made full use of the kitchen. We got our towels and linens exchanged regularly with no fuss. Check-in and checkout was smooth. Front desk staff, especially Joaquin, were very pleasant and helpful. Only issue we had was the clothes dryers on our floor. They never dried our clothes in 1 go, we always had to put it back for another cycle. Would have preferred having the washer and dryer in room so we didn't have to walk down the corridor to do the laundry, but it still wasn't a big issue for us.

This is the perfect vacation village for a family. We are a family of 5 adults and 3 children. We visited Weston in October 2022. We got the 2 bedroom villa. It turned out that there were actually 2 separate suites with kitchen, living room, bedroom. Perfect for a family of our size. The kids loved the beautiful pool and the location was great. The onsite gift shop was so reasonably priced and they also cooked hamburgers and hot dogs by the pool. I highly recommend this place!!!!
