Nice hotel property overall, but there is a huge caveat to the sofa bed offering. The overall experience was mostly pleasant, although there were a few annoyances, such as the digital checkin feature not working for third party bookings; only with Hilton bookings. There was no pepper in the room, although there was plenty of salt, so I had to go downstairs to get some from the front desk. There were also no pool towels in the pool area, so once again I had to go to the front desk to receive them. The sofa bed will not be already made and the mattress is absolutely terrible. It is paper thin and you can literally feel the metal bed frame. Also, the bed is incredibly small, even for a 5'2 person. Lastly, the hotel did not abide by their hotel notes on two separate occasions - one was done over the phone and the other was in person for an upcoming stay, and neither note was taken into account for extra bedding and pillows. The hot breakfast offerings can also vary by day, so please be advised of that little known fact. The hotel does provide a nice welcome bag with a nut snack and bottled water and the front desk agents were very kind and helpful. Overall, the hotel is nice and our stay was mostly pleasant, but those issues definitely provided a disappointing feel to the entire experience.
