We are currently investing heavily into the hotel and have recently changed all the carpets and are due to both decorate all areas and change the bedroom doors that have not been changed. Hopefully this will have the desired impact we wish. I am sorry that you found a cigarette but in your room this is very disappointing. I have passed this feedback onto the housekeeping team who are investigating and delivering corrective training to the attendant who cleaned your room.The hotel is currently investing in the facilities and only this week we have been fitting new carpets to the corridors which among other items will really help bring the hotel up to the standard we want it to become.Overall we wish you had a more positive experience whilst being our guest.
