We want to clarify that we were never informed the towels were damaged due to this incident. Instead, it was due to the towels being reported as missing after check-out. We prioritize the safety and well-being of our guests. This incident involved a voluntary decision to interact with the feral cat which included grabbing the cat by the neck then carrying it inside the property. We want to emphasize that such actions can be unpredictable and pose risks to both individuals and animals. While we understand that your intentions may have been well-meaning, we kindly request all guests to refrain from attempting to handle or bring feral cats onto the property for the safety of everyone involved.
