공항과 고객사 위치가 매우 좋은 호텔. 조금 오래된 느낌이 있긴하지만 꽤 깨끗하고 방도 넓어서 좋았다. 조식도 괜찮으며 직원들이 매우 친절했다

地下鉄の駅から徒歩圏と近くて便利でした。フロントも24h対応をしてくれます。数人のスタッフには英語での会話が可能なことも中国語のできない私には助かりました。部屋も清潔で毎日無料のミネラルウォーターを置いてくれます。

Excellent service and comfort
The Kempinski was a wonderful hotel with large clean rooms, great location close to the Metro and excellent service. It also has a large pool area and gymnasium and a delicious buffet breakfast for all nationalities.

Nice staffs. Nice location too. However, need to make very sure what type of room you booked. I booked the nonsmoking room, but while I checked in, I was told I booked smoking and only smoking room left. Fortunately, I have reservation shows nonsmoking and insist to have nonsmoking. Counter told me that Hotels.com did not shows that, so their record was smoking room. Do not know if what he told me is true.

仕事で2泊利用しました。満足の滞在でした。 部屋も広く、ベッドも広くて寝心地がよく、エアコンもきちんと利いていました。 シャワーの温度調節は目盛りと温度にズレがあって少し戸惑いましたが、しつこく回していると最終的には、適温に調節できました。 冷蔵庫の中のソフトドリンク(コーラやお茶、水等)も無料で飲んでいいということで、お得感がありました。 朝食は利用していないのでわかりません。 築年数が経っているため古さを感じさせる部分もありますが、気になるほどではないと思います。 清潔感もありサービスもよかったです。 周辺には何もないので、タクシーで移動してました。 フロントでタクシーを頼むとすぐにきてくれます。タクシー代も安くて、空港までは、15分程度で40元でした。 2泊して1,566元でしたが、デポジットで2,500元は高いかなと感じましたが、中国ではそういうものなのかもしれません。 次回も滞在したいと思います。

Good hotel, poor service!
Good location, the hotel was updated and nice. the only thing was the service. staff at front desk was OK, but once out of the front desk, staff is not very helpful. Door people won't even offer a help to grab a cab!!! the reason was "I am the only one here and can't leave to grab a taxi for you". What a joke! never had this kind of experience/service in hotels at this scale.

因为第二天很早的飞机选择了这里,到双流机场很方便,旁边也有吃饭购物的地方。整体体验不错,虽然房间内的设施有点旧,灯光略有不足,服务态度十分友好。另外使用游泳池需要泳帽这点没有提前告知,现场卖的泳裤泳帽都很贵,算是美中不足吧

Very dispointed, dirty room/bad food/awful service
This is a hotel with smoking rooms (most floors are smoking floor). There is no such info on hotel.com website. We got the hotel after mid night, the check-in was very slow. Then when we got to the room, we found that it is a smoking room. We had to go down to line up again for a none smoking room. It was after 2am after we finally got into the room. I was very tired and wanted to make a tea and found out that they forgot to provide tea bags and instant coffee. The room carpet is very dirty and has not been steam cleaned for a long time. Dust on the furniture surface. I sunk in when I sat on the sofa. We booked with breakfast. The food was awful. I never had such bad western food before. And the Chinese food is also below average. There is a counter to take order to cook noodle/wonton/dumpling for customers. Two male staffs work there both have very bad attitude, very rude and forgot about the order. The local area has no shopping, no ok restaurant. We booked the hotel because we thought it will have the standard of Kempinski. But it is only a 3 star hotel.
