If you had called the desk, we could have assisted you with whatever issues you had. You stayed for 3 nights, and when you checked out you never mentioned anything about anything being wrong. Noone is going to stay in a room for 3 nights with someone else's blood on the blanket.

Sometimes you have to be patient and understanding. They literally just checked in and you called the desk immediately. They hadn't even had time to get their vehicle unloaded yet.
