Excellent Tritone
Great hotel. The owner is in residence and keeps the standard very high indeed. Spotless rooms with balconies. Jet tub in bathroom was really good. Staff were delightful. There’s a wellness centre too and the massage is excellent and fairly priced. Highly recommended.

Pretty spot, up on a hill.
Hotel itself is beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool is fantastic. The only downside is that it is pretty isolated. There’s really no options for dinner unless you walk to town. It’s a short walk down, but I wouldn’t want to walk back up the hill during the hot afternoon. We stayed in town until dark and the walk back,after dinner was pleasant.

Sehr schöner Hotel mit erstklassigen Zimmern und toller Aussicht. Die Zimmer im ersten Stock haben einen noch besseren Blick zum Meer. Sehr freundliches Personal. Es gibt ein kostenloses Taxishuttle zum Fährhafen.

Hotel mit Potential
Das Tritone ist ein wunderbar gepflegtes Hotel mit geschmackvoll eingerichteten Zimmern, schön angelegtem Außenbereich und einem tollen Ausblick über Lipari und auf die umliegenden Inseln. Schade nur, dass ein Teil der Angestellten permanent gelangweilt und am Gastservice desinteressiert war - und das in der Nebensaison bei sehr geringer Auslastung. Das haben wir so in keinem Hotel auf den anderen Inseln erlebt.

We stayed a week in this hotel. We selected it because of its quiet location, yet only ca 12 minutes walk to the center or port All staff were very friendly and helpful, except the head waiter (or maitre d' ?) at dinner time who was short tempered , unfrienly, rude. From there on we ate at other places in town. Breakfast buffet offered more variety than most other Italian hotels. Our room was comfortable, equipped with everything we needed, including bath robes. Nice balcony with view of the ocean. There was a bit of a shortage of hot water at times when other guests took showers, not a big thing. The pool was refreshing, the jets only last ca 30 seconds , then one had to push the button again. Overall we were glad to have selected hotel Tritone.

Tritone is a comforting respite.
The pool is one of the best for relaxing and cooling off. Hotel staff was very helpfull and spoke English. Restaurant staff was rude.

Well-appointed hotel
The rooms are well-appointed and in excellent shape. The bathroom was one of the best we have had in Italy. There are an awful lot of rules posted, including not using the pool without a "swimming cup" [sic]. I did see someone swimming without a cup, so that rule is not stringently enforced. Fortunately, this "thou shalt not" attitude was not reflected by the staff, who were particularly helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wider choice than one usually finds in Italy. The restaurant is quite good, and we had our best dinner in Lipari there. It is within a short walk of the centre of town.

Good hotel, good breakfast, good location
The hotel is good, the rooms were very clean. We paid extra for a sea view which was gorgeous, especially at sunrise. Even if you don't have a sea view, there is a public terrace with a sea view. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection of food. Service was excellent. Downsides: the shower is actually a jacuzzi (which we did not use), meaning it is higher than the bathroom floor, making the exit from the shower slightly tricky (you have to be very careful not to slip) and also we would have liked an electric kettle in the room for coffee/tea late at night/early in the morning. Another thing is that if you walk to the hotel, there is very steep incline. It is relatively close to the main street of Lipari, but is very quiet. I would recommend the hotel for a solid stay.

Albergo di lusso in un contesto incantevole
Veramente un posto di classe ed arredato con gusto. Niente è fuori posto. Il bagno è molto bello e si può godere di una bella colazione internazionale mentre sullo sfondo ci si può fare affascinare dalla vecchia città fortificata di Lipari.

Great hotel walking distance to activity areas
Perfect hotel that was so close you could pop out and return for a rest and then go out again. Mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable. Mini bar prices were reasonable along with a nice breakfast.

Good hotel kind of far
Hotel is nice. Kind of dated fixtures, but very clean and incredibly well put together. The hotel is a bit of a ways away from the main town, and up a steep hill. Staff was very friendly and nice. Room had multiple notes instructing you to not store food in the mini fridge, not to flush things down the toilet etc.... very thorough in their instructions!

Nei pressi di Marina Corta.
La struttura è veramente bella, parcheggio e piscina con idromassaggio per zone diverse del corpo. La camera è comoda e dotata di tutti i confort, wifi, tv, climatizzatore, vasca con idromassaggio, cassaforte e frigobar e viene pulita e lavata giornalmente. La colazione al buffet è varia e abbondante, il personale è professionale e cordiale.

Adressuppgifterna stämde inte när man gick efter den vägbeskrivning vi fått från hotels.com irrade runt i över 2H i hettan innan vi helt ratade beskrivningen och frågade en lokalbo. Dåligt! Hotellet i sig var helt okej, bra frukost. Tyvärr inte speciellt trevlig eller tillmötesgående personal. Hotels.com angav också att det skulle finnas gym på anläggningen vilket inte stämmer (detta var anledningen till att vi valde just detta hotell) det finns ett gym en bit den hotellet men dom har inga avtal och man får betala dyra pengar för ett träningspass (kasst!)

vacanza indimenticabile. l'hotel ha tutti i confort. le camere sono bene arredate, spaziose e pulite. il personale è efficiente e gentilissimo. un po' distante dal centro città e quindi tranquillissimo. ideale come base per escursioni alle isole eolie. la piscina d'acqua dolce è bellissima ed offre un bel refrigerio dopo una giornata di sole e mare.

Lovely hotel
We really enjoyed our stay. The pool area was very nice, the rooms had their own terraces and the breakfast was great. The staff was very attentive. Highly recommended!

One of the best hotels we stayed at on our trip.
Tritone is a beautiful hotel in its own little oasis, a wonderful spring fed pool with lots of Jacuzzi & massage jet stations. The staff are amazing, friendly and e remelt efficient, nothing was too much trouble. As for the 'continental breakfast' buffet, I've never seen such a good range of hot and cold food & drinks. Definitely would recommend this hotel.
