The hotel itself was in a perfect location as we were leaving on a cruise. Access to the hotel was very different especially arriving late at night, certainly need more signage at the entrance. The pool wasn't all as expected. The lady ( Francis) at the front desk was so very friendly and helpful . We would stay again

That if you are handicapped you can’t park your vehicle yourself.. they only have valet parking. Not close to restaurants you need to drive or walk 10 minutes or more

Great breakfast, staff was super nice. Was able to get in room early. Room is very large and quiet.

Valet parking only! Did not like this. Had to pull into parking lot to get into the building. Hotel hard to get to with traffic. Extra expense not expecting! Room itself was extremely nice!!!

We had asked for early checkin one day before our stay but were told they only do that on the day of depending on availability. When we arrived at 9:30 am we were told we would be put on a list then called. We left the property and returned at 5pm and our rooms were still not ready. No real explanation was given and about 20 minutes later we were in our rooms.

el hotel esta muy bien ubicado, y como esta casi nuevo esta fabuloso, las habitaciones impecables y con el estacionamiento dentro del hotel, dejas el auto y a 10 minutos a pie tienes el centro de brickell, la verdad es que es un hotel 10 de 10

A short walk to a Publix pharmacies close by five minute walk to the free Miami downtown tram, as well as the train.

El hotel está bien solo la cocina la cierran a las 9:30 y si las cosas se terminan antes de esa hora ya no quieren sacar más por ejemplo si se termina la fruta a las 9 ya no sacan más. Y me quitaron el deposito que se deja por cualquier desperfecto cosa que no es mi caso y que supuse me devolverían y no fue así me lo quitaron 🙄 fue el único hotel de los 3 en los que estuve por alla

Spacious room, comfortable beds, not as new as this hotel chain usually is, so it also felt not as clean. Not enough space for breakfast, limited breakfast choices, small quantities, hardly any milk for cereal.

Typically the reversal of these authorization can take between 7-10 business days depending on the financial institution. Good overall, odd entrance at street level, some trouble with empty shampoos and soaps, only partially resolved. Glad we had our own shampoo....
