When I booked I  honestly didn’t know what to expect because the reviews are different. But for my budget it was one of the most affordable places to stay with a good rating. So what I can say! The place is located in a  exceedingly calm area and property is fully gated with a lot of cameras for the security. So I didn’t feel unsafe at all. Everything outside : pool, grills are clean. The studio where I was staying was very nice with full kitchen (which I didn’t use, but if you want to cook u re welcome ). I didn’t see any hairs or insects,  stains , and  of course had checked  everything before to stay here. What I didn’t like the office works not 24 hours, till 12am only , but they said  that they do late check in on require. Anyway, if you need nice cool place to stay for an affordable price - this is what you need.

Look at their 1 star reviews on Google...Run from this place!!!! -Room had NO WORKING LOCKS on the patio door connected to your bedroom! -VAGABONDS wander the property, there have been people who wander into the rooms where people are renting!! -The pictures are verymisleading. - The staff chased me to my car creating a threatening environment, because I said I'd taken videos and picturesand was checking out without staying a single night. -The rooms are nasty, bloody sheets, bugs and hair everywhere including the refrigerator. -Homeless people reside here and come out to the pool area under the influence during your stay! -They refuse to provide refunds. I've reported them to the proper local agencies and filed the necessary complaints!!!

I loved not having to book 2 hotel roo.s for our party of 6. The kids enjoyed the poolvery much!! If we were staying longer we would have used the grill! Thank you Sheridan Suites

This property was just fine. It needs some updates. Bathrooms very outdated. Otherwise you could tell they try to keep everything maintained and safe. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Did not like that I was not informed that there was no elevator and we were on the second floor. Did not like that I was suppose to have a sofa bed that opened and I did not. The cot that was given to me was broken.

It is clear the owners have put best effort into this property. However, a little tired and the large security deposit on arrival with a refund up to 7 days later is not something I consider reasonable for Expedia properties. This is not VRBO. Neighborhood was a little sketchy but based upon the security set up with surveillance cameras they have accounted for the area.

This is a spacious and beautiful apartment suite. I only wish it had a dishwasher, but I'll definitely return. The front desk clerk was helpful and pleasant.

Nice clean rooms. Price was reasonable and our stay was very pleasant. It looks like they are just starting to make improvements. Wasn’t comfortable enough to get in the pool, but the patio space was nice.

My husband, daughter and I stayed there for just one night but it was great. We were surprised about the facilities in the room: a complete Kithchen, two rooms with a lot of space and a beautiful bathroom. Everything was clean and the beds are amazingly comfy. Everything was quiet and feels very secure. I recommend this property without any doubt.

I reached out to the property prior to ensure we would come after disembarking the cruise ship, and was told that was fine. Upon getting to the property, the office wasnt even open until 10. All of our luggage was soaked by the sprinkler system while we waited. I dont feel the pictures represented the apartments. 2 of the 4 tvs didnt work. There was no one to call for extra bedding, clean towels. Communication was terrible. No clear expectations for garbage, or what you're responsible for. The apartment was pretty clean, and the housekeepers were friendly. Going to the office didnt feel safe at all, and there was 8-10 people congregating on the office porch. I had a young child with me and theyre all smoking weed and talking about hearing voices...a very weird environment.my husband asked for bedding and they brought a thin fleece dog like blanket, and a pillow withoit a case. No sheets or anything. I can usually make the best of any situation, and I did...but i definitely wont be returning here.

Thank you so much for a delightful stay! Next time we visit south Florida we definitely will try this again. The apt was decorated so nicely, modern, clean and comfortable. The enclosed pool area with bbq, picnic tables and loungers was really a fantastic area and made you feel like you were truly in an oasis. Locked gates made us feel secure. And off street parking for $10/night is a STEAL! Thank you!

The staff and the facilities have been great. With a group of friends, we stayed here before and after our cruise. It's location between the Airport and Cruise Port was perfect. There was lots of restaurants and food markets within walking distance. We would definitely come back.

The Staff was amazing and very accommodating. It’s a great location to go to all the beaches in any direction. (Car or Uber) The pool are with the BBQ grills and sitting areas was so relaxing. The Studio apartment had a full kitchen and dining table with 2 refrigerators. The Bed was so comfortable as well as the pull out sofa. We definitely would stay there again on our next visit.!!!

Of course, everyone wants to stay near the ocean but not everyone can adore it. This was a nice place and within easy walking distance to nice restaurants and grocery, Starbucks. Staff was very kind and helpful. Safe in room is nice to have, though ours did not work. Swimming pool area with grills and just a great feel. Locals around the area were very friendly.

I'm 68 yrs old and this property was born about the same year I was. It was probably a nice getaway for snowbirds of the 1960's when they charged $150.00 a week but it was already dated by the 1970's. You can see that they have attempted to update the place with new floors and fresh remodeled bathrooms, however, they would have been better off bulldozing the place and building what they really want because no matter what they do to this place it will still be to much of the outdated property that it shows to be. Then they have the audacity to charge for overnight parking in their dirt parking lot. Not impressed to say the least.

This hotel was a dump although the pictures looked nice the rooms were as pictured but the shower sucked and bed felt like a rock and there were bugs in diff spots in diff rooms and after the first night and second night of our stay I woke up covered in bites and had to go to urgent care spend money and found out I was covered in bed bug bites . Don’t stay here whatever you do .

Dear Marcia, after your departure, we immediately contacted our Bed Bug and cockroaches service(Pest control), which provide monthly service. The specialist left the report that no any insects are found. When you came to the office and said that you were in the Hospital we kindly asked to give any documentation from the Hospital, but were refused. After your stay and when we confirmed with the specialist that no bedbugs were found, we have a Guests who were staying in the same apartment and did not get any complaints. We are very careful about the cleaning, convenience and safety of our Guests. If our Guests have any issues during the stay we always take an actions to fix it. If we have a bedbugs in the apartment, we believe that you will have bites on the first day of your stay , but we came only on the last day. And the other member of your party did not have any bites. So this situation is not typical for us at all, because we have never had a bed bugs in our Hotel and will definitely not have them in the future. Thank you.

This property is located inside a neighborhood - not readily walkable. It's a weird vibe looking at the outside because the property is an "extended stay" type deal. The rooms are located off the street and behind a locked fence so once you are inside, you can't really tell what's outside anymore. The pool area was nice and the room was a full one-bed apartment - nicely furnished and clean. The bathroom was not modern and the tub was stained, but otherwise everything was fine. We had issues with the TV - there are no smart TVs and no cable, just digital antenna. The reception has office hours, from 10AM - 11PM, so if you need to talk to someone before or after you can't. The room has code locks and even though it turned green the door wouldn't open, so we were locked out for a while at 2:00 AM and there was no emergency number for assistance - that was my only complaint. The staff was very attentive when we did call about the TV, some lamps that weren't plugged in the bedroom, batteries for the remotes (someone had stolen them) and the sink was a little clogged. They even were willing to buy a smart TV if our picture wouldn't clear up with the new antenna.

Nous y avons passé 10 nuits. Tout était parfait, situé a 4km - moins de la plage de Dania Beach, situé a 15 minutes des centre d’intérêt tel que miami,aeroprt etc…le personnel est attentionné et gentil, étant un hébergement style condo vous pouvez en tout temps demander a faire changer les serviettes ou si vous manquez de quelques choses ils se feront un plaisir de répondre a votre demande. Cependant nous avons eu une mésaventure avec le propriétaire car nous avions oublié de mettre le ticket de stationnement sur notre moto et ce la veille de notre départ au lieu d’un avertissement amicale il avait décidé de prendre les procédures pour la faire remorquer , nous sommes arrivés juste a temps donc n’oubliez pas votre ticket car il n’a aucune compassion. Merci a Diana la manager une femme professionnelle pleine d’attention face a ses clients.
