Yes, this is an old hotel--there's been a hotel on this site since 1849! Many people find such quirks to be part of the charm of the Hotel. Thanks for taking the time to write a review!

We have 31 guest rooms and 31 parking spaces, there should be enough room for everyone! And while we do not have a restaurant in-house, there are 8 restaurants within a 20 second walk of the Hotel--quite literally. Thanks for the 4 stars. We appreciate it!

Hello Gianluca, There are a number of inaccuracies in your review; I won't address all of them point by point, but I will say that the area as a whole has undergone and continues to undergo a significant revitalization. Thanks for taking the time to give us feedback, and for staying with us.

Hmmm...I'm not sure what you're referring to, but I absolutely cannot imagine anyone on staff referring to anyone as a liar. Such behavior simply wouldn't be tolerated. I do wish that you would have reported this to me at any point during your stay so that I could have addressed it. I hope that your future travels are happier.

However, I believe that we have a number of amenities--free on site parking, fireplace in the Lobby, breakfast discount at two local eateries, free coffee and other hot drinks 24/7 in the Lobby, a little free library shelf in the Lobby too...Not to mention a super-convenient downtown location with shops, stores and restaurants all within about a 20-second walk of the Hotel...Thanks for staying with us--We appreciate it!

Thanks for taking the time to give us feedback. Yes, typically guests who need the accessible parking space can park there overnight--I'm not sure why the police department or towing company handled it the way they did. I hope that your future travels are happier.

Hello George, Here's the thing. You arrived with an unannounced dog, then snuck the dog into one of our designated pet-free rooms. You then claimed that the dog was a service dog--but you left the dog behind when you went to work every day, despite being told that dogs may not be left alone in the room. You also allowed the dog on the furniture--again, despite being told that was a no-no. The last straw was when your poor dog, clearly fed up with being abandoned, barked and barked and BARKED, until you finally responded to our phone calls and came to get it. You advise guests to run from us--but I'd suggest that lodging properties run from you.
