I love how nice and big the room was and it has good restaurants near by and overall its nice and relaxing experience i will definitely come back to stay at this beautiful hotel

We came in a big box truck for work and stayed here. Plenty of food options around and the condition of the hotel, while is under construction, is still very good. Having a pretty nice Mexican restaurant on the top floor is also a very big plus. Food came out very quickly and was very well prepared. My only real complaint was the water pressure. But that is extremely minor in me just being nitpicky.

They are going through renovations and the bathroom is super small. But it is cheap compared to other hotels close by

Stayed there for a nearby concert. Affordable, clean and safe area. One of the nicer budget friendly places in the area! Will def. Stay again! No complaints!

Overall, is a very nice room for the price, comfortable. The desk chair was small and minimalistic, but served its purpose, but would stay there again and would give it a four out of five rating. Front desk people at check in and check out, were pleasant, attentive, and serviceable.

Good find!
Super nice staff. Easy check in and out. Clean. Needs cosmetic care; which they are in the process of fixing. Nice place, super close to work, felt safe traveling alone.

Not very happy this time.
We reserved a king room with balcony. Didn't get a balcony room cause they said they had none available so receptionist was accommodating and gave us a room on the 1st floor that was supposed to be quiet. Well... it was a queen size bed and not a king and then I was woke up at 7am to pounding and whatever they were doing in the supply closet it whatever they were doing in the employee only door that was connected to our room.

We had a very good overnight stay on our way to Atlanta. It looked like the hotel was undergoing some much needed exterior repairs. The room was very good and clean. The staff at the desk was helpful and friendly. We know we have a good place to stay if we have other opportunities to visit Pikeville.

First of all, the room was a great value: I paid $89/night for a clean, surprisingly large room. The front desk staff were wonderful, too. I didn't love the construction - and the fact that I had to drive the long way around to get to the back of the hotel where my room was located - but at the same time, understand that they're doing what they can to upgrade the property. Additionally, the public areas (hallways, stairs, elevator) could be kept cleaner.

The rooms have been renovated and were nice and modern. However, it was very noisy at night and because the hospital owns the hotel and houses alot of their travel nurses there, the front desk staff sees no reason to be courteous or helpful.

Its an old and outdated property in a small town. So don't expect the Hilton. However, the customer service is excellent. So, you overlook the rest of it.
