Stayed 3 nights over a weekend and left Monday. We opted for the late checkout at 1pm. They have a 3pm option too, both for a fee. Since we checked out at regular time they refunded the late checkout fee. Every hotel should adopt this service. The best thing about the hotel chain to me are the beds and pillows. I know I’m going to get a comfortable and good night’s sleep at any Best Western. We all did. I like the private room option that separates it from the kitchen and living area. The breakfast was delicious. This hotel was in a good location, within walking distance of the Orange County Outlets and a close drive to the highway. It was quiet in the hotel and in the area. The Wi-Fi did not work even after notifying the front desk. The bathroom had pumps in the shower for body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, but they were out. I went to the front desk to let them know and requested other items. They accommodated quickly. Good TV channels, but the guide didn’t work so we had to scroll through to find them. Kitchenette is a great feature, however, without providing the appropriate supplies, it’s not useful. Nice room, but it needs touch ups. For example, paint chips and rugs unraveling, the doors to the bedroom don’t close fully, the toilet paper holder didn’t close properly, making the roll fall off with the slightest touch. So overall, nice place, that needs improvements to earn the price per night. I do recommend the chain and the hotel, with the needed improvements.

The room Wi-Fi very very poor need to use it spot to connect. Cleaning the room by request. No Waredrobes very disappointed from what I get. Approached the staff they can't help.

My apologies for the internet connection being slow during your stay. We are working on getting more routers through the property. We do not clean the stay over rooms everyday but do clean them upon request every other day. I am sorry your room was not cleaned during your stay if that was the case. We will do better in communicating that at the front desk. The rooms renovation removed the drawers and now have shelves in the closet area. I do hope you will decide to give us another try should you find yourself back in this area.

They have good/variety breakfast options. Art bus is right in front of the hotel for Disneyland. Convenient place to stay for a quick trip

We liked the free breakfasts, the space of the suite and the bathroom as well. The place we need to go to was 5-10 minutes away so this hotel was really convenient. I needed a place for hair and make up and I called them if it was ok and they said it was alright. They were responsive as well on the phone as there was some noise upstairs above us at 11pm, appeared to be guests with kids running and got resolved. I usually don’t report if it’s minimal noise but these were successive thumping sounds and we couldn’t sleep not the hotel’s fault though.

The new owners have a great attitude and great customer service. The hotel has been updated with new carpet furniture and amenities. The only thing that caught me by surprise was the $5 per night parking fee which they were so kind to Waive due to the website not being updated..

Overall we had a good stay. A few things if you are looking for a quiet stay this is not it. You can hear all the walking from the room above and anytime anyone showers you can hear a loud vibration in the walls. The staff was friendly but did not now how to schedule the ART transportation. They gave us a pamphlet and said they didn’t know how it ran. Breakfast was decent.

Room was dirty. Bathroom hadn't been cleaned. Brought in my own blankets form car since sheets had stains. Stayed there to be close to hospital for family emergency but would not stay there again. Staff was nice.
