The ad on this hotel was very misleading. The staff was overall pretty friendly, but the state of the hotel wasn’t great. Had a very basic and honestly gross breakfast with NO waffle maker as shown in the photo. The room was not very clean, as we found miscellaneous body hairs that were not ours on the bathroom wall when we arrived. They also have signs all over the property about how they are not 4/20 friendly at all (which is pretty lame for Colorado). Overall, I’d personally choose to stay elsewhere in the future.

We apologize for any inconveniences you encountered as this is not our norm. Your concerns regarding housekeeping have been noted, and we assure you that corrective measures have been taken. Our standard continental breakfast consists of cold cereal, oatmeal, bagels, pastries, bananas, oranges, yogurt and hard-boiled eggs. Also, morning drinks such as coffee, tea, cappuccino, apple juice, orange juice, hot chocolate and regular 2% milk.

The room was large, nice, and clean. But the smell from the cleaning material used was over-powering. I left the window open went for a walk. It never really went away, so I slept with the window open and the heat on. Other than that, everything was fine.

I think this is my 5 stay here is the last 3 years. I come here for the fishing. I always stay here when I Glennwood Springs. They accommodated my first floor request. The no charge breakfast is really good. Bagels,fruit,pastries and stuff.

The staff at this hotel were all lovely, the hospitality we received definitely enhanced our stay. Breakfast was pretty good. There were no hot food options but everything from boiled eggs and fresh fruit to toasted bagels was on offer cold. The rooms are standard old school motel rooms. Everything was clean and functional but the walls were thin. Every crying kid and tv show around us could be easily heard. I swear the people above us sounded like they wore ski boots 24 hours a day, including those midnight trips to the bathroom. I wore earplugs our second night and slept much better. For the price, it was a good experience. I would stay again but definitely request a top floor room.

Older property but still comfortable and convenient. This place is a short drive to downtown and the hot springs about 7 minutes. But it’s close enough to the actual town that you can walk around and still do some shopping / eating with the locals. Hot tub and pool are I’m working condition and are nice.

I loved it! great place, but had a maintenance guy scream at me for turning on my AC unit. So if an older maintenance guy comes to your door do not open it!!! Other than that perfect place for a great price.

Spotless. The folks upstairs were noisy but not unbearable. I appreciated the no pets and no smoking, of anything, policy.

It is a basic but very well run motel. The room was clean and functional. The breakfast was basic but good and the attendant kept everything well supplied and tidy. The pool and hot tub were clean and in functional. All in all we had a very nice stay.
