Nice hotel, but disappointed at the last moment
Excellent stay. Spacious and cozy room. Easy and quick valet and shuttle service. Easy access to the beach. - refrigerator was too noisy so that I had to unplug it during nights. - wifi was little slow - there were two food service fees on our room which was not charged by myself. Someone left it to my room. I don’t understand how this happened if they had confirmed at least the last name of the guest. The worse thing was that the lady at the front did not say any appology to us. We could have paid $97 for someone’s meal due to the hotel’s mistake.

Beautiful resort on the lake. The staff was unbelievable and helpful in all aspects of our stay. We had massages at the spa and seriously one of the massages we had and we usually get one wherever we travel. Greta and Alex were both fabulous. The restaurant has a great menu we ate there every night, the chef if superb everything on the menu is delicious, nice wine list as well. Very dog friendly, our pup was greeted with a welcome treat bag with a toy and some goodies and goodies. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend this place.

I had a fantastic experience with my two cats and bf at this place! It was my first time staying here for a weekend trip, and I highly recommend it for a leisurely getaway. The staffs are very friendly and helpful! The room was spacious, elegant, cozy, and spotless. The balcony offered an excellent view of the mountains and the lake. We ordered room service for dinner at Jimmy’s restaurant (on-site) because the restaurant was full, but the food served was hot and delicious. We checked out the restaurant and the lakeside view was terrific! Very convenient location, just a 4-minute drive from Heavenly Village. They also offered a free two-mile shuttle service!

The guest service is absolutely unmatched compared to anywhere else we have stayed before and we are frequent travelers. You are greeted with an offering of champagne and assistance with your bags and an offer to park your vehicle for you [no charge]. The room was beautiful, cozy and warm. The bathroom is absolutely where it's at though... heated floors, heated toilet seat, jetted tub, raining shower head and robes with slippers just waiting for you. We ate one dinner at Jimmy's and it was fantastic, we also had breakfast delivered to the room one morning and it was delicious. We will absolutely be back to stay. 100/10 recommend.

The staff was the best! Very helpful very willing to accommodate. But the fact that we had to be accommodated at was awful when we got there the “Spa Tub” wasn’t working we had to call the maintenance guy! A that happened 2 times over the weekend we was there for are 1 anniversary and it was a disappointment, and the spa tub isn’t big enough for 1 adult person and they should disclose that before selling a photo shopped picture! DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

This property is exquisite. From the champagne greeting, friendly staff, to the views. We stayed in a lakefront room and were not disappointed. Fireplace was smaller than thought, but the property made up for it with its restaurant and room service options. Wished the restaurant had an outside firepit running as that is why we stayed there (for the view). We were told it was too cold outside, very disappointing they would not run the firepits. We were there for the Winter Reggae fest and was a little disappointed the shuttle service stopped at 10pm and we had to find other means to get back to hotel in the snow. Highly recommend and splurge for the lakefront room, you will not be disappointed. All in all 5 starts!

Our stay was great. I really liked the heated bathroom floors as well as toilet seat!! Property is in walking distance of all the things…shopping, food, skiing, casinos. It’s also right next to the lake which is a nice way to wake up.

Stayed here as a quick getaway with some girlfriends & it was the perfect little spot! Walking distance to the main tourist area with shops & dining options. The lake is right outside the resort however there is a gate that isn’t shown in the photos online. Just a FYI :) It’s open for all! Super convenient

Stay couldn't have been better. Probably one of the best hotel stays we've ever had. Staff was stellar. Took care of everything we could want. Sarafina was a gem absolutely outstanding. We felt so pampered. Going back in Feb to celebrate a birthday. Can't wait!

While the property and room were okay, they were not truthful about the $60 food and beverage credit per room. When checking in, they said it could be used at any time but when we tried to use it for brunch on the day of checkout, they did not honor it. They probably use this to scam their customers.

Second time staying here. Quick and easy check in and check out. Family friendly, beautiful hotel right across from the lake with Heated bathroom floors :) and great food at jimmys restaurant

Had a great stay at The Landing! Customer service was top notch. The shuttle, van, service was great. Was able to get dropped off and picked up at restaurants in the area. Would stay again
